These last 15-20(?) pages have so much win in them. This is great! All the RTG posts posted on here a couple of pages ago validating every single fucking arguement Brummie got slated for on there, ONE day later!!
  2. Ba was playing really well against WBA and Liverpool. Only the last two games his overall performance has dropped, and rightly have been subbed by Pards. Hopefully he, together with Pardew and the team, can channel his frustration into something positive to get him ready to the max against Stoke.

76 - Substitution Sunderland: Vaughan in for Cattermole. (Last game vs Tottenham) 90 - Substitution Sunderland: David Vaughan in for Lee Cattermole. (vs Man City) Cue a few games where Catts (for me like) is suspended 75 - Substitution Sunderland: Vaughan in for Campbell. (vs Liverpool 10th of March) Loved Brummies post. Had to read it twice.

  7. Excellent passing both ways now
  8. Who else is going to come up with the 85th minute 40 yard deflected screamer into the top corner to secure a dominant Sunderland win?
  9. They made 7 successful passes in our box (edge of the box more precise) out of a total 835 successful passes. I know I praise their style of play, but that is horrendous stats tbh. Still enjoy their philosophy though. Just didn´t come off for them today due to Super Cisse and Brain Pardew.
  10. Typical English attitude. It´s great to watch, and they can´t concede as long as they have the ball. So, for 78% of the match so far we haven´t even had the possibility to even build something that could potentially lead to a goal....too bad for Swansea that we have Cisse.
  11. To be frank, Swansea has done an excellent job in winning the ball in our half. 3-4 players on our ball carrier instantly. We could do better of course, but Swansea is doing a hell of a job denying us any play whatsoever. Swansealona indeed. Thank god we have Cisse.
  12. Swansea team looking good as well. Looking to be an exciting game for the neutral viewer. Hopefully we can edge it, but I have this feeling.....
  13. Ronaldo - Zlatan Obviously good (or in Ronaldos case knowledgeable), but has a way too high opinion on his own abilities, presented in the most arrogant and condescending way possible.
  14. I´d say we are the underdogs in this match, and I suspect we will be brutally put back down to earth on friday. Don´t know why people are getting so ahead of themselves. Win 7 straight? CL football? Fuck off Liverpool got beat off Wigan and numerous other clubs down in the bottom of the table ffs. [/increase yang]
  15. Nicked this off some man utd fan, but found it a bit amusing: Man United and Arsenal's last 7 : WWWWWWW Manchester City's last 7: WWWLWWD Chelsea's last 7 : DLWLWLD Liverpool's last 7 : ROFLMAO
  16. Christ, forgot this had happend when I came home around 4 am today. I see now that I have had a small break down, and gone to the norwegian forum asking for any info on how I can help out/contribute to keep the forum going http://southparkstudios.mtvnimages.com/shared/faqs/2010/nov/11_18_10_CartmanWaiting.jpg

Apparently they lost because the media wanted an all scouse semi final, which again led to them getting nothing from the ref. He even made a new thread to express his disgust.
  18. We all know what "2-3 games" mean when Pardew is reporting on injuries. We´ll be lucky to see him back for the last game of the season.
  19. Damn, must have mixed it up with the Fulham game. Was adamant that it was Williamson who got raped that game Oh well, Williamson or Perch, either way we´re fucked if we play like today or last time we met WBA.
  20. We have changed quite a lot during the season, we now defend set pieces a lot better and pose quite a threat from them ourselves, I think we are near the top for the division for scoring from set pieces. Assuming that Odemwingie is fit, he will play wide right, with Thomas wide left, both quite pacy, Fortuné has been excellent for the last few games, holding up the ball for the midfield to join. Andrews from Blackburn has beefed up the midfield, Morrison and Mulumbu will probably make up the midfield. Olsson and Mcauley (free from Ipswich) have become a very decent centre back pairing, Jones and Ridgewell the full backs. Foster is having a very good season in goal. If we play to our best, we should win, big IF though. That´s mostly from direct freekicks though, or am I mistaken? Last game you killed us with pace and direct play. We should have a deeper line and faster defenders to avoid same mistakes this time, which is why I´d prefer Perch at CB. Williamson needs a fortnight just to do a 180 in a light sprint, milk turns faster etc etc.
  21. Im normally not one for proposing "creative" line-ups, but considering how the last game went and the Fulham game, I´d replace Williamson with Perch to cope better with the pace of WBA. They don´t really pose any threats in the air other than Olsson on set-pieces as far as I am aware of. Krul Simpson-Perch-Colo-Santon HBA-Tiote-Cabaye-Jonas Cisse-Ba
  22. Can someone elaborate to me what makes a good kicker? Is he supposed to have pin-point accuracy when he takes goal kicks so the players he aims at don´t have to move, and can just stick a foot out and the ball becomes automatically controlled by the player? Should it also be so hard that opposing players doesn´t have time to fight for the ball or disturb the players who receives it? If not, then how can he help it if he is instructed to take the goal kicks as he clearly is? This is a semi-serious question btw. How can you see that his goal kicks are bad?
  23. I dread to think what you make of the other lads performances. Jonas helped keep a clean sheet, worked hard the whole match, kept the ball in the final stage of the game instead of hoofing it like everyone else, had one assist and one perfect through ball that Cisse really should have converted. Not bad for a limited player with no end product. In hindsight I admit he was better than OK. He was in fact good today, and my personal feelings towards him clouded my judgement. Fair play Ronaldo.
