Hats off to the Box Office team. I emailed last week because I do not like my new season ticket that I took for this season, well my dad cannot see properly from where we have chosen to sit - Leazes L1. Even though we are not directly behind a goal half of the pitch is obscured by the nets and when the team is attacking the Gallowgate it seems to be a long way off, plus there is a bloke a row or two in front of us who comes with two very young children who really needs to take a look at himself - his anger and swearing is actually quite horrible, I don't mind reasonable swearing but, this guy is absolutely ridiculous - plus his kids are right next to him..... My dad really wasn't enjoying the games like we used to when we sat in the East Stand (the view makes up for the lack of atmosphere and poor toilet facilities). Anyway, they said come down to the box office when you can and we will try to move you. We went down there and within 10 mins we were relocated in the East Stand with good seats, remarkably close to where we used to sit previously). Obviously we had to pay the difference but, that is OK. The seats we have chosen are already taken for the Wolves and Norwich games so they gave us different seats on paper tickets for those matches. Excellent service and very easy transaction. Good work girls! (think one was called Glenda, missed the other girls name.)

You would expect that once M'Vila becomes a free agent that a lot of teams would become interested in him. He will have better options that Sun'lun for sure.

Mine came the very next day after I ordered it. More concerned over the fact that my season card hasn't arrived, I have renewed this year after 3 years away. I go on holiday soon and planned to give my ticket to a mate to use for the games I miss while I am away.... Expect that it will arrive soon (hopes).

Sean Dyche is properly in his comfort zone at Burnley, the fans love him and he is having relative success. I cannot see the problem with us putting a value on the player of GBP35kk or even higher if that is what we value him at. Why on earth should we sell him to another team for less than he is worth as a favour to the player? He feels he needs to go and play somewhere else, that is fine, the new team has to pay what the going price is for a player of his obvious abilities, I saw it myself at the Euros, he is pretty good when he wants to be. If he wanted to be sold for cheap he should have played crap in the Euro final and then his value would not have elevated..... Given the prices that are quoted for top players these days 35Mil is very reasonable, come on - if Pogba is worth 100Mil then I would say 35Mil is a bargain for Sissoko.

Hmm not sure what to do now.. How much did you end up paying? For me and my son together in Level 1 of Leazes Stand I paid 473 for me and 137 for him (610 in total).

I was told that there was 100% sell out last season and they couldn't sell tickets in that area until after the renewal deadline. I could be placed on a list though.... I just bought Cat 3 tickets instead ... not much extra to be honest and probably a better view. Definitely lower.

I just rang and got through straight away, Family Area not on sale until after the renewal deadline date due to it being sold out completely last season. I just bought 3 together in Category 3 Leazes End for me, my dad and my son! I am ridiculously happy all of a sudden, I chucked my East Stand tickets in 4 seasons ago and actually swore I would not be back until Ashley was gone. I think the Benitez factor is almost as good as having Ashley gone, at least Ashley appears to have given complete power over football matters to Rafa! Oh, you can only book tickets on the phone if you pay with a card.

Wiltshire and Henderson barely kicked a ball all season yet they are going?? I was at the match on Friday last week in Sunderland, Henderson was absolutely shattered by the end of it. It will take at least 10 full matches before he is up to full match fitness... Wiltshire has every chance of breaking into 1000 pieces (along with Sturridge) leaving the squad depleted and completely lacking a plan B.... Gutted for Townsend, if anyone deserved a shout it was him.
