I’m not sure. We needed versatility before because we didn’t have 11 PL quality players and/or we had nobody capable of playing a given position competently. Of course it’s nice to be versatile but it’s something a well managed squad should really need that much of IMO.

Aye, I just mean the people like TV companies and the PL themselves will use the official crest (I assume). So the club might want to make sure it’s the new one.

I think we know we need a squad, we just find it hard to accept that the subs are actually going to be good enough that they could be starters.

I suppose we could, but I guess they want the new version to appear everywhere. Like social media, league tables, third party content etc.

Personally I think it will be quite close to this, at least in terms of the design approach and level of detail. It’s similar to the likes of Man City. It’ll be much closer to this than the minimalist ones like Juventus.

I understand nerves but we basically have done everything we could possibly do bar winning every game. There's nothing more we can ask. If all our rivals win all their games by multiple goals then we'll be in a conversation. Otherwise we're doing it.
