Some of my favourite days that season. Man United home, Everton home, Arsenal home. Incredible atmosphere at every game. Because of the media outrage at the takeover it felt like Newcastle United vs the world and the team and fans used it to our advantage. Shame that it’s faded away in the stands and expectancy has taken over.

4 years of Howe. Safe to say it has been an incredible appointment. Looked certain to go down but then two champions league campaigns and a trophy later….. Hope we click soon and start rising again.

I feel the same tbh. Doesn’t feel like there’s the usual buzz for the game. Felt that way about Benfica too, think it is down to the poor performance on Sunday and, as someone mentioned a couple of weeks back, possibly the new format and lack of knowledge about what we need etc.
