Same. Feeling like that for almost a year now. Only Benitez signing gave me a lift. The whole season flew by and now it just feels almost "normal" to go down... But it's not normal. Or at least, it shouldn't be.

At half time I thought this game just might make the Bundesliga more interesting. Then he came on. 9 minutes, man.

Good to see some football again. Missed a big chunk of pre-season, so this comes right today, followed by tomorrow.

Been upgrading my bike from Shimano 105 of 2010 to Dura Ace of 2014 (non-electric). All by myself which makes me a little bit proud. No need to fall off really. Just don't get too fast for a start and try to really get into your bike and you'll be fine. I had problems with changing the positions on the handlebar for the few first times. It'll just get natural one day.

Right fair enough. Done my first little ride outside (abour 35k). The combination of sun, cold and the snow on each side of the road was just a too good thing to stay inside.

I used my "normal" wheel over last winter (0.5 - 1h per day) and it didn't do it any damage. This winter this wheel will become Nr. 2 anyway, because of my new ones, but I probably still wouldn't have bought me a turbo tyre. Does it make any real difference while training?

It would be even more funny if he went down this season to never get them back up, or to get them on the brink of relegation to League 1 football.
