45 strikes me as a lot, I haven't done any research but the last prolific front three I can think of was Chelsea with Duff, Robben and Drogba. Yep, maybe it is, but lets say: Striker: 20 LF/RF: 20

That was my only point. Depends on the system. If we have a front 3 - we would expect them to have 45 goals between them (if we want to challenge top 6) Dont think we have any of the players to be effective in a front three. (and by effective - i dont mean look pretty, i mean getting 40-45 goals between them)

For him to be given any type of role in a front 3, or behind the striker, he needs to be scoring 10-15 goals a season.

Dont get the point of Ince - either our players coming through arent good enough (then sell them) or they are (then give them a chance)

Everyone always pretends to understand what the FANS of newcastle want. The only way we can actually TELL THEM what we want, and how we feel is to take via Social Media. Bombard their Twitter/Facebook/etc pages with our disgust. Media will jump on that.

Agree. Just need to mould him to maximise his strengths and minimise his weakness.

It's whether he's allowed to. Does he have free reign to alter coaching teams/recruit, hire/fire considering the financial implications? Good point, guess the question then is, as a team, will they learn and improve? From a Mike/Dekka perspective, I would say that on the whole, they are making micro-improvements, and learning.... I live and hope that as a group, them come together, and learn/grow.

Honest question (fearing backlash) - Do managers learn, grow, adapt, etc? ie - Do we think Pardew has grown and will learn from this experience? We know he has failed at previous clubs, but was never given the time to right his wrongs. Is it possible that he learns and will be stronger from it? or is the consensus that it will be exactly the same as this season and we are doomed?
