  1. We've gone from not being able to see out games against PSG, Milan and Chelsea to not being able to really land a glove on Luton. Forgivable to hard to forgive. Still think season will be OK and Jan to May we will be better, but this busy December phase is worst timing for this injury list.
  2. So is that third time woodwork hit? We should be dead and buried man.
  3. Had that zip linking up play so far. Promising.
  4. Gordon playing awful compared to his standard.
  5. Oh Miggy. Time and on your left, and it's skied.
  6. Not bad effort from Townsend, needed saving.
  7. I mean saving us from relegation from a position never been done before is one thing. Oh, and then finishing 4th the next season. This season we've had some great moments, but between a huge injury list and some clear fatigue, morale issues we've got some mental block seeping in to our game. Desperately need to get injuries down and back to being able to rotate more.
  8. Could have been another then, off post.
  9. The camera angle when ball is near side feels like your on the players shoulder
  10. Could perform miracles with us in January transfer window.
  11. I just disagree. It's the inability to bring on players to change a game at all on top of a decimated first XI going through a grueling amount of tough games.
  12. I didn't think it was sustainable, but it almost was. Not sure what people are expecting Eddie to do with this first XI different second half? Certainly couldn't do a Chelase and make some quality subs.
  13. Fine. Blame Eddie for failing and Tripps tonight. I think it's utterly harsh given the circumstances. Operating with double figures of first team players injured isn't a one-off either.
  14. The lack of appreciation of the size of our injury list is surprising. Funnily enough these games we are throwing away with mistakes are against sides bringing quality subs late on to change the game. Something we can't do and haven't been able to for weeks.
  15. Maybe the away form should be better before the injuries, but those injuries are blatantly having massive impact on games like today. If Chelsea couldn't make their subs its highly likely we would have won in normal time.
  16. Same problem though each time? Until the injury list starts to less look like first XI we are gonna have this keep happening.
  17. Maybe so, but any of them could have made those mistakes at this stage. Their totally battered without being able to have others take the strain.
  18. This phase of the season is punishing. Other teams able to bring on class subs who win the games while our battle scarred warriors having to slug through this fatigued, carrying knocks and can't get a break. We haven't lost on heart or talent. Circumstances are overwhelming for first XI to sustain, despite having some success still.
