  1. They'll ask £50m for him, when they paid £27m in the summer, he's only made 3 x appearances for them and one of them was a howler in the first game of the season I'll have a pipe of whatever you're smoking.
  2. It's not just a laugh at Newcastle thing, football talk shows on telly & radio & the internet just want the most idiotic fans on their shows, because people will engage with the idiots. Rage Bait, the Oxford Dictionary Word of the Year for 2025, I believe this is the definition of such activity.
  3. Available tickets as of right now. There's farklurds. Late kick off ? £58 minimum price ticket ? Loads of home games coming up ? Cold weather ? On the telly ? Xmas shopping spends hitting punters in the pocket ? All of the above ?
  4. Now I'm not Gordon Gecko, but I do understand why sovereign wealth funds would use finance to fund a large scale multi £bn construction project. Just because they've got capital doesn't mean they won't use finance, especially when borrowing rates are relatively low and building a stadium isn't going to generate a short term return on the capital invested. They don't want billions of their capital tied up in a multi-year construction project, when those billions could be spread across a range of investments, some with much quicker and higher returns than a footy stadium.

    Yoane Wissa

I also said it wasn’t up to NUFC. I said Doctor Congo could either pick him, or not pick him. And they’ve not picked him. Easy decision when he’s had a long term injury and not kicked a ball in months. This is like the xG of AFCON selection. He didn’t get picked is the fact. Everything else is just speculation.

The country can stop the player playing for his country by not picking him to play for his country Which they did

The official line from DR Congo is that he’s not been selected, that’s not him deciding not to go

With a Wissa bit of luck, the AFCON can get to fuck Holler with the rinsin sound Holler with the rinsin sound Holler with the rinsin sound Holler with the rinsin sound
  9. I never got asked for captcha or slider or owt this morning. Sailed straight through with no security. I've been ballot black balled but green lit for general sale
  10. More chance of winning the WWC bid if they included the yet to be built but brand spanking new Sven Adult Books Magpie Megadome on their list, rather than the battered old rustbucket we've got currently
  11. Manchester United's proposed new Old Trafford stadium is one of 22 venues named in the UK's bid to host the 2035 Women's World Cup. Old Trafford was not considered for the 2028 men's European Championship and its redevelopment is still in its planning stage. Whereas SJP has the 2028 Euros and is listed in the 2025 WWC venues. You do the math.
  12. Think it's mainly steel and concrete that they use for building stadiums these days
  13. So SJP is on the list of venues for the 2035 women's world cup. For those who aren't that good at maths, that's 10 whole years away. A decade. Looks like we ain't getting no new stadium boys and girls....
  14. The Beeb still banging their touting drum, this time going behind the scenes at Man Utd https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cr5z6pg2e6yo

  17. Not sure how I feel about being able to keep ST’s amongst friends and family if someone gives one up. And by that I mean I genuinely can’t decide if I think it’s fair, or unfair. It’s a ticket for a seat in a football ground for 19 games, but they’re becoming family heirlooms. There’s a risk of it turning into something like the Marylebone Cricket Club.
  18. I don’t, I grew up near Mickley
