Well obviously. I just can't foresee him being more than a squad player at the present time but I'd happily be proved wrong.
I share the same sentiments; he's was chronically average for bolton but given his age, the price and the wage packet he'd be on i suppose it's not the end of the world if he isn't exactly a roaring success here at our club.
Sure it's an uninspiring (squad-filling most probably) buy, but some of the the knee-jerk reactions from the usual suspects are absurd and bordering on pathetic.
Yes I'd start to worry if all our signing are of this calibre, but knowing keegan's ambition, i'm quietly confident that we'll have a decent enough team ready by the start of the season.
