Smith to be honest.
-
I'm really impressed. Most of our players seem to know where others will be, or have a good enough understanding of each other to be able to play so freely. Good stuff from Pards, considering 3 of our 4 'midfielders' on aren't starters. I'm really surprised. Maybe the pre cursor to even more of the same. Swap Tiote for Guthrie, Cabaye for Taylor, and Ba for Shola and we're just laughing. Don't think we'd ever start with it, but it's a nice option to have. Wish we'd switch when things aren't working without an injury forcing it.

Isn't there a Sports Direct tarp over the center circle before kickoff? Maybe it left a mark with the frost? Or maybe we're about to have the tackiest center circle in the world.
-
He deserves some credit for going with Ben Arfa and switching the formation rather than the easy change with Abeid or Gosling. Hope we destroy them in the second half.
-
Best hat-trick today. It's how he rolls.
-
Not sure I've ever been this bored watching NUFC play.
-
Brilliant in defence. Solid in possession. Pretty s*** in the final third? [/quot] I think we'd all sign up for that.
-
Looks excellent.
-
Somehow it will be applied to PL games knowing our luck. Need to see this chokeslam.
-
Only 4 league appearances this season. 26 years old.
-
That's a nice little stat. Actually makes me giddy.
-
Bargain. If he was coming from anywhere else that would not be there.
-
Sounds like he's getting abused on Twitter by angry mancs.
-
The articles I've seen describe him as a winger, but he looked to be playing more centrally in the highlights I've seen.
-
For anything under £1m I think it's a no-brainer.
-
Means we'll have the best midfield in the league in 2-3 years. Also, I don't think we're not focused on strikers/defenders. I think we see an opportunity and are trying to take advantage of it. In fact, that's pretty much the basis for our entire transfer policy, which is why we won't always fill a position that needs filling.

Serious question - what has Morrison done other than the witness intimidation thing? Is the rest just laziness/bad attitude?
-
What makes you think he will get in the team here, to occupy him enough to be a good lad ? Fact is, he's a c***. Witness intimidation, people like that don't change at his age. When there older maybe. but he's too young with what sounds like a terriblely bad attitude. The risk is way to great as the chances of us getting anything from him are zip. If fergie and the players around him, cannot tell this kid what he's pissing away. What the hell makes you think we could. If where looking to spend a million on a prospect, why not pick up a less talented player and coach him to be better. Rather than trying to straighten out a idiot ? Because you can only get so much out of limited talent? This is a low risk, high ceiling situation. I'd be a little leery, but excited if we signed him.
-
Really don't see the harm in taking a chance on him. Best case: we buy a supremely talented player for peanuts, he straightens himself out, and he becomes a star. We then sell him for 15x what we paid [/Ashley] Worst case: he's similar to Ranger and never fulfills his promise, we lose out on less than a million. A troubled youngster is not going to disrupt the squad unity or anything like that.

I'm going to kill myself if I have to root for Liverpool in the final.
-
I'll take all three thank you very much. Probably the only part of the article you need to read though:
-
I love this thread mainly for when people say they wouldn't want a player that a) would never come here b) would be very good for us. Hernandez and Ba would be fucking incredible.
-
Good. Now loan him somewhere else where he'll play RB. If we did that it would be a good year for him with some good experience in different places/positions.
