  1. We will. Nee point in raging about it yet though is my point. Could be raging for absolutely no reason.
  2. He was reporting it previously as well though, wasn't he? Like - I haven't seen any update from NUFC that suggests their stance has changed at all (mind I came off social media).
  3. Again on what basis are we caving? On the same shit journos have peddled for like 3months now?
  4. I'm not sure what facts are making you so certain about everything tbh...
  5. I personally find it all a little knee-jerk like not gonna lie. I'd be very surprised if we sold him tomorrow without replacements in place. If you read the forum 2 days ago plenty people would have you believe keeping him was the absolute worst thing we could do. Now there's talk of selling him again that's the worst thing. I don't envisage Al Ramuyyan updating mainstream media on his intent to sell Isak at this stage of the window so for me it is most likely more bollocks and more attempts to keep folk engaged on this shit-show-story that's generating hundreds of thousands of interactions via social and mainstream media.

They're 2 different types for me. Ramsay is perhaps more akin to Bruno I'd say (out of our existing 3) recieving the ball and playing intricate 1-2s to open up play. Except I think Ramsay will do that with greater speed and intensity, whereas Bruno will be more measured and spatially aware / spreading play. Joelinton is somewhat unique, and is our big bastard. <3
  7. We've played Arsenal (a), Villa (a) and Leeds (a) without a proven PL striker. Desperate attempt at saving Bruce some face from the Beeb like.
  8. I pay my hundreds too. It's not 'having a go' it's constructively asking what benefit it adds to the situation, which thus far - I've not really seen any valid argument it adds other than; A) It lets him know he's a cunt Or B) It let's us tell him he's a cunt
  9. It's not the same thing cause the intention is fundamentally different, but aye - he is a prick like. He's basically let all his team mates down and all the people who have invested time and support in him.
  10. Is he though? He's not trying to make us lose - he's not trying to help us win. That's the difference. It is upto the club to find solutions without Isak, whether he is our player or not. Business continuity planning and all that shite.
  11. But he is just one component and actually you're saying you don't care about him whilst simultaneously saying you care more about him than the club (which I know won't be true). What is more important? Getting rid of Isak or Newcastle winning games? I honestly get the heart element (I'm more heart than head generally) and being respected and the fact he's a cunt - but I just don't see how exacerbating his transfer issue benefits us as supporters at this moment in time. I want to make Eddie's life easier, and the lads who do give a fuck.
  12. That wasn't my point either but okay The point myself (and othans) are making about the fans calling him a cunt isn't that it might force PIF to sell for a lesser value than their valuation but is instead how it impacts our striker situation of he is not sold which is looking increasingly likely as is us not buying an additional striker to replace him.
  13. If he scores in the CL and against the mackems - people will still celebrate his goals. He won't ever have the status he had again - I'm not an idiot - But what we now have is an unfortunate situation for all parties whereby we have to make it work best for all of us - us losing Isak without another new striker would potentially be more catastrophic than keeping a disgruntled one imo.
  14. Bit bizarre this statement. Does calling one player a cunt mean the fanbase has something about it? For me being noisy and boisterous and supportive like it was on Monday says far more.

    Jacob Ramsey

Looked a bit lost early doors - seen him in no man's land at the start and a bit lost bit seemingly Sandro directed him and then Tino and he kinda slotted in. Looks promising in and around the area I think.
  16. Are you more likely to be reintegrated into a team where the fans audibly hate you or where the door is left slightly ajar for you to make amends? I think the latter. It's about man management - that's why Howe isn't slating him too - he absolutely will want to, but it's trying to manage the situation rather than exacerbate it. I understand why fans want to air their opinion on him and at him. I don't really blame them for that at all. Constructively though, I don't think that it adds value to the situation.
  17. It's not a question of whether he deserves it or whether he should suck it up. It's a question of how it benefits us when we have no PL proven strikers going into a CL season and what is going to benefit NUFC most. Sure it makes us all feel better. I'm sure I'll feel better come January though if we're competing on all fronts instead of floating in mid table and out the league cup and CL.
