Won't be enough to see them through like.
-
Yes. If he's not injured he'll start at the Euros.
-
Montpellier still top, 2 points clear despite losing 2-1 at Lorient. PSG cocked up their chance to go level on points conceding a late equaliser at bottom club Auxerre.
-
The Cabaye free-kick against Man U or Ben Arfa's wondergoal for me.
-
Marseille win. Nicolas N'Koulou, take a bow son. Absolutely superb at the back, he has a very bright future ahead of him.

Has only lost once but too many draws really. In my opinion they've panic bought a little and not used the money they have wisely. Signing players like Momo Sissoko, who just isn't cutting it and is really no better than what they already had to begin with. On the whole PSG haven't played great football on too many occasions since he arrived. The title will probably go down to the last day, but it really shouldn't have conisdering PSG were well clear after beating Montpellier 3-0 on their own patch back in October. In the grand scheme of things it doesn't really matter though, they'll qualify for the CL, the main thing that will help them move forward as a "force" (barring a f*** up) and romp to the league next and forthcoming seasons you'd have thought. Most likely, but it will be seen as a massive failure by the fans if they don't win it this year.

http://frenchfootballweekly.spreadshirt.co.uk/hatem-ben-arfa-c-est-magic-A19992580/customize/color/1 The lads at French Football Weekly have made this t-shirt if anyone is interested. Also sell a Cabaye one in their shop. Put it in the match reaction thread by accident first time.

We filled both levels of that section, one of the best away atmospheres I've experienced when Hatem's goal went in.
-
Superb play for our 2nd. Always said he's a decent player that has been largely ruined by injuries. However, he has re-invented himself this season as someone who calms things down and can chip in with the odd goal/assist. Really likeable bloke and fair play to him.
-
Superb Not familiar with Liverpool's Merseyrail system then?
-
Don't see how you can be 100% sure at that speed.
-
Shite first half, though admittedly Bolton stifled us well. Hatem's goal was a thing of sheer thing beauty and it was all over after that. Krul was outstanding in goal and thought Coloccini had a decent game on his return. All in all one of those games where you need a bit of quality to win it and that is what we have in Hatem.

Obviously I would love top four, but any form of European competition would be great for us. The fans love it, it brings in extra revenue and its another competition to try and win. It will make me feel dirty inside, but I'm cheering for Liverpool in the FA Cup semi on Saturday to make sure 6th gets us there.

You must be loving it being a Boulogne Boy these days after all it's always good to see the buy the league lot prosper :safetywink: In all honesty, if Montpellier win it I will hold no ill feeling. They play some great stuff and have done so with a combination of young players and outcasts. Not loving how Ancelotti has PSG playing at the moment but still relatively confident that the title will be heading to Paris despite recent slip ups.
-
Carlo Ancelotti doesn't seem to fancy Kevin Gamiero he has only started 1 of the last 5 for PSG wonder if he regrets dismissing our moves for him last summer given the season we have had and the French players form in our squad.. pretty sure one of his reasons for staying in France was to guarantee a Euro 2012 place must be doubtful for the squad if he is not starting matches especially with Benzema and Giroud form... wouldn't mind seeing how he would do here if Ancelotti wants rid in the summer very different type of striker to Demba Ba and Cisse could be a good foil for Cisse if Demba Ba does leave. A lot of observers seem to reckon Gameiro will be off. Not sure where he would fit in with our system now we have Cisse. Would be perfect if Ba was to depart however, especially if we continued to play the kind of football we did in the WBA game.

PSG win 'Le Classique'. Beat Marseille 2-1 at the Parc Des Princes despite starting the game with no strikers and not bringing one on until the 81st minute.
-
We're turning into quite the effective away team. Cisse is absolute magic, Cabaye was superb in the middle but it was a great team performance today, we kept our shape, dared them to break us down and as many have already said they simply couldn't do it. For all our complaints about lack of squad depth, we've managed to keep a makeshift centre back pairing and the players that have come in have been superb. Long may this excellent run of form continue.

Probably already been discussed but one of the most pleasing things about Sunday in regards to Ben Arfa was how happy he looked on the pitch. Great to see him celebrating so passionately when we scored too.
