  1. Highly doubt we're sitting down match fit £55m signings for that reason when there's three untried academy lads making up the numbers, like.

Imagine having to share a studio with this fat pig after he's walloped down four plates of Christmas dinner, puddings and probably a case of stout.

    NUFC Transfer Rumours

We'll do nowt of note, I'm convinced of it. It'll be Neave and Shahar out on loan late in the window and that'll be all.

You're welcome to drop another £130m on Anthony Gordon and see how far it gets you.
  5. If he ends up being a crook like Ashley there's a great headline there. "Bord, James Bord - Licence to Shill"
  6. Not tall enough, too much faffing about with the ball. Needs to run more.
  7. Was kind of obvious this would happen after the huge squad exodus and cheapo management appointment, sadly.
  8. Seems a lot of confidence in here considering it's an away game in the league. Draw or loss. Hopefully draw.
  9. You have an even smaller brain than Elanga does which is some doing.
  10. Barnes missing those chances is the exception rather than the rule, he's usually clinical and scores at a good rate. Elanga has contributed absolutely fucking nothing this season and is shit every time he takes to the field.
  11. Much more like it today. Now we need to see that kind of endeavour and quality on a regular basis and not just the occasional CL game when he can be arsed.
  12. Feels like virtually every shot on target against us goes in at the minute, without any of them being glaring errors. I know he made a few saves but the defence must feel absolutely no security with him in there.
  13. I can understand the frustration when every post-game interview after another winning position binned we hear a variation on "yeah it's frustrating, we'll look at that and review that and learn from it". Mitigating factors or not (there were loads today - the ref being the main one) it's the sort of thing that you get sick of hearing when it just happens again and again.
  14. It was a huge influence, the ref was bent as fuck and the one on Gordon particularly was a disgraceful non decision. As was the free kick awarded to Palmer for nowt that they scored from. Ultimately though, we looked shaky at 2-1 and he chose not to act whilst the opposing manager introduced Enzo for the useless Gusto and changed the game. That's the frustration. It's like he won't make a proactive sub until we go back level or fall behind.
  15. No brain, no ability, total shite.
  16. I said the referee done us, can't you read? The lack of proactive changes was a massive factor too.
  17. Learns from his mistakes apparently. As good as the first half was and he deserves credit for that, he deserves the equal amount of criticism for how pathetic the second half was. Umpteenth time he's stood and done absolutely nothing whilst the opposition manger makes proactive changes and gets back into a game we were winning. Referee played a big part but his lack of in-game management cost us today.
  18. Absolutely pathetic collapse considering the heights of the first half. Referee done us but the in game management and cautious lack of making a proactive change from the manager was a disgrace. Yet another ultimately decent result that feels worse than it is because of the nature where we've absolutely binned it from a winning position.
  19. Elanga's fucking rubbish. Awareness and touch of an amateur.
  20. Too cautious making changes yet again
  21. Good thing we made some proactive changes despite being under pressure at 2-1.
