No. I'd much rather do it later on in the afternoon (4pm earliest) so that the entire weekend isn't devoted to football - a 1pm KO realistically means that your Sunday lasts until midday, which isn't a lot of weekend bearing in mind most people will be celebrating our last home win of the evening on the night before! later the better for me, got to get the kids back to thier mams,....why is an evening ko, a problem? just out of interest, not wanting a row or owt.

How about CP40's goal against the Red Team? yes that was ace, but i think it was 2009 I'm sure you started preparing for the match in 2008 though did too, i was hitting shots like that at my 8 year old son for weeks. -

You should have said. I would have gladly swapped centre-half with you. Thought you did very well when you got involved like. We needed your guidance at the back Rich, thats the first and maybe last time i try to defend, maybe Dm, i used to play up front, Wish i could still run, cos i know i can still shoot.... -
Roman, i doubt it. He went screaming to the Kremlin for cash to help sort his shit out. i was thinking, about The N-O blues, he could buy us a ball.

wonder if he fancies a move north?

Recover? How come you missed Sunday? I posted on the other thread but everyone seemed to ignore it, I was in hospital after slipping a disc. I've done it before but this was worse, I lost feeling in my left foot. Ahh right mate sorry to hear it. Nixon turned up, he had lost control of both his feet.

Is 3G the new type of plastic pitch? If so definitely prefer that over grass. Yeah, you can wear boots on it. The stuff at Coach Lane must be a few years old now. I started out wearing my boots which have normal studs and I had to change back to my 5 a side trainers but with the 3G pitch at City's Academy in Manchester I can wear them no problem but blades / mouldies are fine. NOT THE SHOES AGAIN,....4 months of shoe debates ahead.

pilko. 'Managed to grab that goal which I was relieved at and then that run to set up The Prophet showed I was growing into the game a bit. Of course, I always had company upfront in this 4-4-1 by Nixon who seemed to forget he was playing right back and just stood in the centre circle for 95% of the second half, telling me to "drag paddock out wide right, he's rubbish" and then trying to gallop half the length of the pitch when presented with the ball. ' Nixon said that about me, haha, his jaw was on the floor when i allowed him a glimpse of what i really can do. edit,...tho i admit im not the best in defence, i will play Dm next time,..i was a forward the last time i played,..before you were born pilko. the thought of being called rubbish by Nixon,.... having to sneak offside to try and get away from a 40 year old bloke,. -

It was infuriating for me too, with my defenders wandering off all over the place I don't know about your team but we all lost our shape within 10 or so minutes of the start of each half. It was carnage from then on, though overall it didn't go as badly as I thought it might! Although I am going to crack out the "we didn't have a keeper" excuse best keeper in prem wouldnt have saved my goal! -

Cheers mate, believe it or not it was my first game of 11 a side for about ten years, so I found it a bit tricky to judge coming off my line, but I dont think I did too bad. The reason I didnt go 100% into the challenges was because I thought I had it covered, only to realise im not as quick as I think I am No worries, you did have a good game - just for future matches you either go all or nothing...or you'll end up hurt my brain was working far faster than my legs, i could see things i just couldnt do, fuck it, ...age. -

Agree Dave, completely embarrasing. OPTRA Index has confirmed that you covered 22.3 yards during the 90 minutes. I covered more yardage flicking me smoked tabs over the fence (from the sidelines) and twice pissing into some chaps bottle of Lilt. Actually, must thank Mick for not grassing me up for sniffing the players footwear whilst they were out on the pitch. Cheers Mick. Oh, and I will tell you something.....that Mick really is a canny kisser. Rich, my MOM, well played He played class but had some enrique passing on the go like! his organising me, and our class keeper kept the red hoardes at bay. -

That time you skinned the defender with just a little feint was lush. How's everyones legs? the bits i still have are very stiff, my left knee is still somewhere near one of the goals. -

the idea was to edit each goal onto stupeedos post, but you will have to paste it or something, cos it dosent work with the multi quotes thingy. btw, soz prophet, i called you a shit for not turning up, only to find out on the way home you had switched sides. -
