Very good point. Just think of Sky's drama of it all....fucking hell.

Totally against it. Soon there will be no talking points in professional football as everything will be 'corrected' by technology. All because it's now 'a business' and the potential to 'lose millions' is at stake. Just accept that the errors will be made and that the controversy is part of the games beauty. Also, it will just open the path for- as stated above- additional advertisement. Not for the purist, no thanks.

I actually couldn't care less, which is really sad.

I love this time of the season for him. At home to Chelsea next, cue uber-negative mode.
-
I hate this club. I really do. I hope we get relegated- I just hate what we've become.
-
Hope we go down. The thought of the club/Ashley receiving that new TV deal is unbearable. As said above, we absolutely deserve a relegation for 50,000 cunts sitting there every week for the last 7 years and barely doing shit about it. This season a prime example- nothing will ever be bad enough to spark our fans into life and protect this club (and that's excluding that fantastic souls of Pardew/AshleyOut, it's the rest of the complicit pricks).

He's hardly going to mark someone then...

We were well organised defensively, which was a nice change. I personally don't have a problem with us defending deep and counter attacking- it's a proven and very effective way of playing. However, Liverpool were incredibly easy to defend against, we kept the play in front of us and they made few runs to get in behind (to space that we limited). Perez made a huge difference, as you would expect, when he came on. As for comparisons with Pardew's style? What? There were a handful of occasions when Pardew used his pathetic brain and employed the style we used yesterday and it worked to good effect (Chelsea at home last season for example). Pardew's dominant style was to have absolutely no clue, hang on, whack the ball long, put Ameobi on and pummel the ball up to him (a lot of overhit balls that he couldn't physically chase which resulted in constant turnovers). It was without a doubt the worst football I have ever seen, and it always peaked during derby's (at home, especially). There was no method, no clue, no idea or intelligence behind it. It was pure misery. Gini is absolutely quality, btw. Wonderful footballer.

When it comes down to it I can't see us making it out alive. Even in that season where we went down we got a couple of good results (1-1 away to Man Utd, 2-1 vs Spurs at home), but the bigger picture at this club is a lot more than just yesterdays result. I sound incredibly pessimistic, but we are very poor.

Couldn't agree more. Was thinking this this morning. We're such fucking gutless people. Infuriating and embarrassing.
-
Yes. Undoubtedly.

Nailed on loss This is going to be awful.
-
Hopefully this cunt and his pal Ashley end up beside Blatter. Fucking vile humans.

For people to sit behind a keyboard and declare that a certain person they've never met should be more grateful simply because he earns a fortune is beyond ignorant. What if he didn't have a good support network at the time? What if football has been his sole identity and form of expression to escape his problems? You just don't know, and if mental health problems did develop because of it then all the more sympathy for him. At the end of the day, the chap just loves the game and playing it. That's very refreshing to hear from someone at this shithouse club tbh. Whether his words were misinterpreted in translation or not, I imagine it must have been pretty grim being exiled like he was (and for what?!). Think of cunts in the past like Celestine Babayaro and wonder if you would have got an emotional reaction like Hatem's- I think fucking not. Money is not everything.

It's frustrating, as you think after a shocker (Man City the other week) it will come tumbling down, but then he manages to pull it out of his arse. When it starts to go wrong with this cunt is when he loses consecutive matches to lesser teams. The first loss gets the wheels loose, then the second one sees them fall off. Then he starts panicking and reverts to type and his team become unbearably negative and lacking in any form of attacking sophistication- they'll sit back for the whole game and pump the ball to their big striker up front. It will happen. Give it time.

This cunt still not dead yet? Fuck sake. Hope he chokes to death.

Newcastle College is generally good but you have to get there early.
-
Think we'll see the benefits of Anita back in the team. 2-1 (I actually feel a 1-1 coming on but I'm trying to move away from being a total NUFC emo).
-
They'll probably get relegated. Those cups are evil.

HTT's post was pretty much spot on. What are you even talking about? Those who still attend matches/buy shirts etc. are funding this bleak oblivion Ashley has steered us into. It seems nothing is ever bad enough to turn people these days- they just want to be left alone and watch us struggle. They club is absolutely rudderless from top to bottom, and is totally hollow in every sense. Why do people even care if we go down? The only reason this club wants to stsy where it is is for financial gain- not to compete and be a proud sporting institution. I fucking hate NUFC tbh.
-
We deserve to go down tbh. The way the club has been run and is run, we don't deserve to be in the top flight. I'm not just saying it but the PL Is utter shit anyway- I won't miss it for one minute tbh, it's total bullshit. It could almost be a blessing going down to deny Ashley that tv money.
-
Very tough games coming up. By the time we play Everton on boxing day we'll be doing well to have 15 points. Very well. The more I think about it the more fucked I think we are- not that it really matters tbh. If going down means Ashley is more willing to sell then let it be.
