As has been stated, they'll eat us alive at set pieces. I wouldn't be surprised if that's how all their goals are scored. Would be shocked if we get even a point out of this.

Where has this attitude developed from? It seems like we have this complete new breed of plastic, delusional fan. Before the Ashley reign (and even in the first season and a half- see Allardyce protests, KK resignation etc.) this type of attitude never existed- in fact it was very much the opposite. But now the support we have created somehow is just the most repulsive I have ever seen. Complete idiots who lap up every word of propaganda that the club spins, people who have an absolutely horrendous understanding of football (see their backing of Pardew)....it's like we have fully grown men who are supporting this club with the attitude of a (football) love-sick child; they can't and won't say a bad word about the club, no matter how disgraceful the clubs actions are. Along with the way the club is run, this new generation of supporters have equally forced me to become totally disillusioned with Newcastle United. They're a disgrace to the traditions of NUFC.

Anyone been emailed this letter? Toon Army for life!!

Put £20 on us to drop @ 5/1. I didn't even watch Saturday but am utterly convinced we'll go down. We're not going to get any form of result this weekend, so if results go against us then we're pretty much finished.
-

Not doing owt tonight, but put some on WBA @ 17/10 this weekend. Unbelievable price.
-
Not a fucking chance did he write that, or at least suggest the idea. Fucking hell.
-
Rob Lee was a fucking hero as a player, but this is the same Rob Lee that KK managed to convince to sign for us after telling him Newcastle was closer to London than Middlesbrough...

These new stadiums are spectacular, but for me you can't beat the old school stadiums. Like the old San Memes- the new one is nice looking, but games imo Bilbao home matches are almost boring to watch now when they're at home- there's no real character about the place. Just like places like Leicester City's old Filbert Street compared to their new bowl, or what will be West Ham's new home in the Olympic Stadium compared to Upton Park of now. I just don't like it when clubs move stadiums without there being a legitimate reason. 'Financial decisions' don't wash with me.

Lose this weekend to Leicester and the mackems manage a win vs. Southampton and the pressure will become too much for Carver and the spineless sacks of shit in our team. That will narrow the gap to 2 points. With 3 games left. This weekend is make or break imo.
-
Juve 7/5 away to Sampdoria this weekend. If they win they win the title. Very tempting.

Having the time of my life with betting right now
-
Lazio, Wolfsburg, Chelsea- 3/1.
-
Basically we have 4 games in which we have to hope that sunderland don't win 2 of them- because we're not going to win or draw any. Leicester will beat us (and get another result), Hull will get another point (be ahead of us on GD), Villa will get a win. Fuck everything.
-
We're an absolute insult to the game- we, as a club, epitomise everything wrong with the modern game. We deserve to go down. Fucking die, Ashley.
-
Tbh, even if he were to u-turn and invest in the club properly and have us compete for trophies/Europe etc I would still want him gone ASAP. Get that fucking sports direct shit out and off our stadium, I just cannot stand it, it breaks my heart. Even at the training ground man! It's just SD everywhere you look at this club and as a 'football purist' it enrages me to see our beautiful club/history mocked by this commercial graffiti. This is football, fuck off with advertisement somewhere else.
-
Where the heck people are getting this idea from that we're going to pick up points is beyond me. We've got a very thin squad, low on quality (and no motivation to play for the club anymore), with a 'head coach' who hasn't a clue, no balls, and has completely lost the plot. Good fucking luck with that.

Successfully ran out of matches so didn't have time to get Newcastle relegated, so stayed up.
-
The cunt was sharp- disbanding that 'singing section' in the Leazes corner was, for his sake, one of the best things he ever did to protect his fat self. If AshleyOut had a 'hardcore' section like that it would be easy to get militant/vocal about things. Sadly, there isn't an area in the stadium where people can gather to lead and galvanise the rest of the fucking useless bastards who sit there dribbling in silence.
-
Totally agree. I would die to be a bag of nerves again on a Saturday afternoon, ecstatic after a good result, and daydreaming about potential success. Right now I just keep up with the Ashley Out campaign and that's it, otherwise just looking for other clubs around Europe to adopt as a rebound football relationship
-
If you care enough, yes.
-
No one will come in, it's too late.
-
I've honestly never cared less about a Newcastle loss- as long as my bets came in (one was against us) I was happy. It kills me to be writing this, but this really is the horrendous state our club is in. If we go down I don't think anyone will actually care.
-
Sissoko barely makes a difference anyway these days. It won't surprise me if we lose the rest of our matches- imagine that; Newcastle United losing 11 league matches in a row? Jesus Christ.
-
Leicester away next. Not a feckin' chance! If we don't go down we'll finish 17th imo.
