Its so damn funny to think what i would have said if a person told me 2 years ago, that we could have Carroll, Ba and Cisse as strikers when the 2012/2013 season started. In regards to budget. If we try to get this as a loan with view of a permanent deal. Would we not then free up additional funds this summer? Like loan him, and set aside £10-15m for next summer`s budget, who will be increased by the new TV deal? Leaving us with more money to secure the deals we want this summer, without thinking about outlay on a new striker.

We need a striker. But is that striker is Carroll is another question. If the price is right, and he is content to work hard for a place in the starting 11, why not?

Ron Burgundy just reported on KVWN-TV Channel 4 Evening News that Junior Hoilett might sign for QPR within the next 24hours.

For me it really depend on the additions we get. As we have a limited squad, PL, Europe, hopefully a decent cup run, ANC etc will take a toll on our squad. We need 3-4 quality players in, to have a chance to compete on all fronts.

I love Ba, and i hope he stays. But we should not alter the formation to fit him in. We was so much better in a 433/4231. Next season we will have shitloads of matches, so he will get a fair share for matches as a pure striker me thinks.
