Very good, other than the rush of blood to the head that got him booked. He's brilliant on the ball.

First time I've watched him tonight and got it. Really composed performance and it felt like he was more positive with his passing. -
There was a moment first half where he took the dropping ball behind him and still had the awareness to ping it to the winger. Sublime stuff.

Don't think I've enjoyed watching a player as much as Woltemade since Hatem. Such a joy to watch.

People say the same every single season, but if you aim for 65-70 points, you'll qualify.

Honestly have no idea how good either are at their jobs.

Brighton & Hove Albion 2-1 Newcastle United (18/10/25)

Thought if anything, after a dismal first half, we were the better team after the break and looked the more likely to go on to win after equalising. The Brighton winner was a massive slice of misfortune as much as anything else. -
He's undeniably not started well, even if his impressive Champions League performances are being erased from memory. To consider him a dud ten games into his NUFC career is madness though. Especially we know how things have panned out with previous signings.

It's astounding how many are willing to make themselves look.like muppets over and over. Much to everyone's glee, we'll get a big money move wrong eventually, but at least give it a few months before we nail our colours to the mast.

The last few seasons say otherwise.

Put a trademark winning run together and we'll be right in amongst the business end of the table again.

I've never really understood the longstanding criticism that we struggle to break teams down. You can probably count on one hand how many times we were successfully low blocked in the 23/24 and 24/25 seasons. When we were, it was often an issue of profligacy, rather than creativity. In 23/24, we scored 85 (4th in the league), but our major problem was the shape of the midfield and how easy it was to play through. In 24/25, we scored 68 (4th in the league), but it was counter attacks that did for us, but in neither of those could you say we struggled for chance creation or breaking teams down. I think we sometimes struggle to keep the ball and are careless in possession, but again that's not a creativity issue.

Tonali played in the right side of a double pivot for Milan, didn't he? He wasn't exactly a number eight, but he wasn't a number six either.

Forest have allegedly made Silva their number one target. Hopefully nicely unsettles Fulham.

It could be a technical thing, but it could also be a confidence thing. It seems he was told to keep it simple at Forest, that might be what he needs here.

He's class and still think there's loads more to come from him.
