We might have an unbearable fanbase, but they're absolutely not responsible for what we're seeing on the pitch right now.
-
So what has prompted tonight's panic?
-
NO having another normal one. Even before tonight Leeds were virtually safe.
-
There's a reason for that.

At this stage why is an arbitrary points total important?

I don't think he said number one by 2030 to be fair, I think the phrase was "perennial contenders". Like you say though, they'd need to get a serious jog on.

Big hopes for Nick next season. Still think he has a lot of potential.

Hall hasn't been in the best form, best he's the least of our issues like.

"We've all seen the socials" "It could be that perhaps" "Could come to a new conclusion" Man, football journalism must be one of the easiest jobs in the world.

I don't think it will. By this point 99% are fully aware the wheels have come off. It really just depends whether you think Howe should lead the summer rebuild or we should part company.

Elliot Anderson (now playing for Nottingham Forest)

He does have a thick challenge in his locker, maybe he is the ideal Joelinton replacement. -
Doesn't really complete the thought does he? Yes Ashley left us with PSR headroom, but he also left us with below par commercial revenue, run down facilities and a poor academy. As soon as we got an opportunity to rectify that, the drawbridge was pulled up by the league. I agree that the ownership have lacked aggression and are relatively slow to sign-off infrastructure projects, but let's not pretend Mike Ashley and PSR aren't the reasons we're a) playing catchup b) can't catchup at any real pace. It's by design, same as Villa who have tried harder to navigate the regulations, but ended up in a similar place.

Forum wide ban on posting the tagliatelle toucher?

I assume Hope Maften Hall, face pressed against the window in the doorway?

We have a Sporting Director model for a kick off. We absolutely wouldn't be wasting our time with it if Howe was in effect fulfilling the role. Sure he didn't get on with Mitchell, but Ashworth speaks highly of Howe, as does Hughes, who he worked under at Bournemouth. Howe is constantly banging the "collaborative approach" drum and there areas such as talent ID, loans and the academy where he's often spoken about being in the dark. We've also recently added Bunce and a set piece coach to his staff, as well as Suds who will all offer fresh input. Do I believe he's a control freak? Absolutely. I also think he almost certainly has a significant input in finalising transfer targets, but football operations are so large now it's impossible for him to have his hooks in everything. He's not daft, he knows that, even if he is stuck in his ways from a coaching perspective.

Is there any evidence to suggest that Howe controls all aspects of our football operations though?

Are we all Forest tonight?

Sad as fuck from James.
