Feels like a nailed on defeat, followed by a good showing v Spurs. -
I didn't even think he was particularly bad when he came on, tried a few bits that didn't come off, but didn't hide. That's it now though, as soon as be puts a toe out of place, he's going to get hounded. Looking at his time at Forest and his start here, I don't think he's suddenly forgot how to play football, it's more a case of getting him fully dialled back in.
-
Hard to fork am opinion of him on three starts and a handful of sub appearances. Would like to see him given a run in the sudd.
-
On paper at least we should also suit his skilset. It just hasn't worked so far, granted his head looks gone at this point.
-
He was s threat in behind, could deliver off both feet, took set pieces, etc. There's a decent player in there.
-
He was always going to publicly back him, if asked.
-
Pretty average by his exceptional standards tonight. He's had a couple of those this season and can't help but think he could use a rest at some point.
-
Didn't really have too many other options, unless you play Gordon up top v Everton.
-
Weird game that, there's a fair argument to say we could have got something, at the same time I don't begrudge Marseille the win. We weren't terrible, but there were similar themes emerging from previous away games. We sat off and looked passive, along with us struggling to keep the ball fir periods. Pope was also responsible for another concession, granted it was a good finish. We're still well in the mix, but we need to sort this away form to get any form of consistency and make this season a success.

Quite a strange criticism considering we've rotated a fair bit this season. -

If Hall needs a rest, not much alternative than Burn at LB. -

Miley wouldn't be able to play the floating left wing role. The Ramsey omission is more puzzling. -

Gordon played well up top v Barca. -
That's not always been the criticism like, it shifts quite regularly.
-
Why is that a red?
-
More importantly, nice to see Harvey moving down the "hound O-meter" with Willock, Elanga and Gordon firmly on the shit list.

I assume we'll see Burn at LB here?
