I feel absolutely nothing about this, which is a bit grim. Boxing Day used to be all about going to the match, or at least watching it, and instead I've had a 3 hour nap and glanced at the score when I woke up.

I've been going to away games only since about 2003 and I've heard that loads. Not just away either but probably more in bars/trains than at the match.

That was one of my early games too. My dad's best mate had got me a ticket for Christmas and he'd wrapped it up in a huge weirdly shaped package, took me ages to unwrap it down to a small envelope and find the ticket. I was over the moon with it, I'd been before but always on a season ticket so you just handed over the voucher, I'd never had a proper ticket of my own. I miss that excitement.
