Foreign players, in particular South Americans are not brought up/trained in the way British wingers were. Their game is more about dribbling, keeping the ball on the deck, quick passing, playing though balls on the deck.....not the old British way of sticking to the sides, running to the byline and then high crosses to the big centre forward. Yeah, this is pretty much what I mean, I was meant to put 'traditional British winger'.

NUFCTV Free For One Week...as long as you remember to CANCEL!

Just reminded me to cancel this, cheers, saved me £3.99. -
Watched a 40 minute compilation of footage of him last season, opitimised exactly how good and equally frustrating he can be. The amount of times he ran with the ball through and around players and really opened the game up, only to then fail with the final pass or shot. He's an intelligent player surrounded by players not on his same wavelength if you ask me, he'll never ever be able to adapt and become a traditional winger whipping crosses in, but his retention of the ball and running at players will terrify some of the shit in this division. Glad he's back tonight.

I've actually been pretty surprised by how sh*t some of the teams in this league are. When we play this level of teams in cups how come we always seem to struggle to some extent, yet now we're down here they're all dump.

Still can't believe that's Michael Johnson.

Quite possibly the most I've ever laughed at a thread. Fucking superb

Zurab said in his .cock interview he hoped Ketsbaia would get along to watch him play.

Seems to be good on the ball.

I'm in fits of laughter!! :frantic: Fucking fantastic!!! -
Gonna be a quality player that lad, dunno whether City would let him go on loan though.
-
Would be a great option for Barca, could fit anywhere in a front 3.

We've not got much choice at the minute, with Jonas out and Raylor playing RB or RW. We all know hes really a striker anyway, so we'll have to make do for now. We have got choice. Raylor, Geremi, Guthrie and Barton are all better on the wing than Lovenkrands. That's not saying much, but Lovenkrands is less effective than all of them out wide.
-
I'll say it again, Lovenkrands offers absolutely nothing out wide.
-
I like Palacios, good player.

"AND IT'S LIVE!!!!" :omg: Proper cringeworthy when he does that.
-
What a disgrace tbh, why the hell did they play so much injury time?
-
Tevez scoring that chance would have been delightful, shame. Even without Adebayor and Robinho, City look more than a match for Manure.
-
I think that would be a pretty fair assesment tbh.

He got 29 last year, he's also got more assists over both of the last 2 seasons than Drogba. They're both awesome players, but I still think Ibra has more technical ability that Drogba. However it has to be said Drogba does turn up in the 'big games' more than Ibra.
-
I think Drogba is actually more talented than Zlatan, but his performance don't reflect that. I know the player I'd want on my team. I actually think it's the other way round.

Since when did Lorik Cana become Loritzana?
