I used to be mates with a lad who was on the books at Darlington back when they were in the 3rd division. Don't think he ever made a first team appearance. Just as well, really, as I used to boss him. He was 5ft nowt.

We've been awful going forward. Sturridge has been marginally worse than Welbeck, but not by much. It has but one game...howay man. He's not a world beater but he's damn sight better that the rest...made that for e.g. Yes, I suppose he did "make" that own goal... by passing it to the opposition. You can celebrate that if you like. I won't bother.
