Half time at Palace. What a shite game this is.

Just be glad you never mentioned anything leaving the atmosphere or comparing a really shit centre forward to a young Andy Cole.

These are shite, no excuse. Hammer them. -
The quickest second half goal ever scored in the PL
-
I bloody hope so

Genuinely didn't think he'd go this far off the map like. Thankfully he's on MSM's naughty list, so you've got to go out of your way to hear him speak. How he's not already in jail is a strange one.

Are we basically saying we'd have been royally fucked had we actually signed Guehi, or are we back to making false bids to appease the fans?
-
So what you're saying is you could in theory have 100 million completely separate deals at £1 each and they wouldn't be scrutinized? No chance.
-
I hadn't considered the effect the other way, teams being able to properly push to get in and then attempt to sustain life in the PL with minimal risk. I was always under the impression that owners like Khan, Parrish etc just didn't want to use their personal finance to fund anything more than mid table mediocrity, I hadn't considered the threat of those with ambition below them. I can't believe it's still just the same relatively small group banging on about the injustice of it all.

It's absolutely scandalous that Villa and ourselves are in this position. I can't believe there aren't more clubs backing us.
-
Oh here it goes, here it goes, here it goes again
-
I wasn't insinuating anything
-
Of course loads of people think they know more than the expert, just as loads of us think we could do a better job than the football managers, coaches, referees etc We'll never know, so what's the point in anyone getting their knickers in a twist over it?
-
Is it not also a case making sure we don't undersell ourselves? If we accept whatever we can get right now it may set a precedent for future deals which could result in a much lower income. If we ourselves treat the positions such as 'training ground sponsor' as lucrative then surely we'll be far more likely to attract a lucrative sponsor further down the line. If we for example start accepting any old bollocks for pennies then that's what we'll be seen to value the sponsorship as ourselves. Right?

Cue Look North interviewing Tony "Newcastle United" Armstrong who moved house to ensure a seat at SJP to cheer on the lads
