We''ll see, but if you read that article you can see their ambition. They don't just want to be as big as barca/madrid/ man u, they want to surpass them completely in every way. How long is it before those clubs simply can not compete with manchester city in finacial terms. The fan base won't be far behind after that.

Those type of songs would have been inderstable under previous management with players giving up and downing tools, but at the moment this is simply down to a lack of quality.
