Zlatan justifies it with what he has achieved, Balotelli justifies it with what he has the potential to achieve...i like them both but Zlatan is God tbh when asked about comparisons between himself and Van Basten, Zlatan commented; "its impossible to compare 2 legends from different eras" god.

Plus when we do the double over them they normally get relegated. i like Dabizas but was he anywhere near as important as teh other 2?

tbh, if we end up with Ba upfront with Best/Shola, it is a bit of a battering ram partnership we had with Carroll and Shola last year (eg. them battering mackems at home). We are moving forward to a more progressive passing game so Erdinc must be 100% the kind of signing we are aiming to make. That being said, how many other good strikers of that mould/calibre are available for £7mil?...

Tbf in level 7 (and a few away games) ive heard "we'll all party when Ashley dies", which i think is a bit naff...i generally think death shouldnt realy be chanted about, no matter how dispicable a person is. If you hate Mike Ashley, do the usual "I dont care about Ashley" or "get out of our club" but that other one just makes us look poor man...

Sheff United was ridiculous. I live here for uni and police were trying to force us towards the station afterwards despite this fact; SYP - "The station is that way mate..." Me - "I live here..." SYP - "If you walk that way you can avoid home fans..." Me - "I know where im going, I live here..." SYP - "that way will miss out traffic" Me - "ok, but i live here..." stupid arrogant yorkshire shit accent!

West Brom this season; - lost 3-1 - was in the hieght of the freezing cold patch we had - Birmingham is a shithole - train to get to Birmingham wasnt particularly cheap in the first place - the ground itself not only isnt particularly nice, but the layout doesnt make sense, as in they could cram some extra seats in if they didnt have so many seemingly empty areas of the stadium - came back to a flatmate who is a west brom fan.... christ, that was a low-light also, some have bad memories of relegation day, but i went this year to Villa Park and thought the stadium/surrounding area wasnt too bad, though they could do with sorting out transport for when the trains pack in next time. Had to run from Villa Park to the New Street Station, a handy 3 mile run! Was sunny and the square area outside the gruond made up for them playing a constant loop of them beating us 4-1 on the huge fuck off rotating video screens...

Lovenkrands is incredibly quick off the mark, as i said, look at his goal vs Boro...and his heading is better than Carroll's...but that is mainly as Carroll's is piss-poor. Apart from Barnsley away (epic away crowd), i cant remember too many flick-ons that led to goals, but this can (and should) be improved upon. Seriously, name better options upfront next season that we can realistically get than Carroll + Loven...itd cost a fair whack id say and we need the money elsewhere... If by some miracle last year wasnt a blip and we do have a solid-ish defence now (settled atleast), then maybe we can do what other teams do and stay up by being solid defensively? Palace came up and AJ got like 20league goals, straight back down. Brum got top half last season ffs.

Whoever says Lovenkrands isnt fast has to be on crack...when we signed him (as a 28/29 year old...) he was insanely quick, seriously rapid. He has lost a yard maybe over the last year cos of his age but to say he isnt quick is ridiculous. Put a ball over the top and he can race clear of most defenders no problem. Only the likes of Micah Richards realistically could keep up, and he'd probably misjudge the bounce anyway... Id put him as probably our quickest player still...Jonas and probs Routledge 2nd/3rd...
