Results like this arn't the end of the world, but they are so damn frustrating. We need to have backup plans to deal with the horrid tactics teams like Stoke and Blackburn bring here.

Players on the bench will get their chances when starting players play consistently poor. Sure Williamson made a bad mistake tonight that cost us a goal, but other than that, he has been great for the most part.

Btw, we have generally bounced back well from poor results this season so thats something to cling your hopes to. 0-3 loss to Man Utd, followed by the 6-0 win against Villa. 0-2 loss to Blackpool followed by a 1-0 win against Everton 1-2 loss to Stoke followed by a loss to Man City which we really deserved something from. 2-2 draw with Wigan followed by a 2-1 win at West Ham

Honestly have more confidence coming into away games than home games at this stage. Just cant see us getting a win, but we really should be, especially against a team with an apparently poor away record of late.

They'll have to wait, routledge had a chance earlier in the season in which his performances were very inconsistent. Oh i definetely do not want any changes to be made. I just think that this could pose potential reasoning to make any changes.

I find the term 'pushing on' a bit ridiculous actually. If you are winning enough games to get yourself into a position to potentially win the league, keep playing the same way and you will keep winning. I dont see much of a difference in the mentalities of try to win every game, and trying to win the league. Its just whether you have the ability to do so that matters.

I'm all for keeping the same team and not resting any players, but a potential reason to do so would be to give a bit of a run out to the bench warmers (eg. Sol and Routledge) and give them somewhat of a chance to force their way into the first 11.

Why on earth wouldn't you push on? If youre in a good position at that time of the year whats the sense in dropping off and becoming complacent, keep trying to win?
