  1. £300 for that lego. How much does lego cost, hell of a mark up there I reckon. There's no tunnel round the far side either.
  2. I hope they give him 45.
  3. one more game tomorrow night, so no.
  4. How much longer is the squad in America, will he fly out there?
  5. Fair play then. If the vast majority of them are ok with it then bash on lads. However if I were a West Ham supporter I'd be livid about it.
  6. Anyone know how's West Hams support is feeling about the move?
  7. His body might be just about healed but his head never will.
  8. It makes brilliant sense to West ham, financially, to move there. And if they progress as a club and see some success maybe the fans will overlook what they're giving up by moving. Can't see that happening tbh.
  9. Didn't Ozil protest against the German national anthem, and he plays for them?
  10. Five more signings like this and I'll start going to matches again.
  11. Love rtg me like. Every rational post is followed immediately by utterly baffling stupidity.
  12. Crikey, £28 million in just over a week.
  13. Good effort. I wasn't aware they were planning on not using much of the upper bowl but it stands to reason as it's so far away. As you point out though, the front row behind the goal is 20m from the goal line. And the incline of the stand is lower than at a "football" stadium, so for every row you go back you're further away. There's a reason Juve hated the Delli Alpi, it was shit in every way. And ill bet you anything you want, west ham fans will wish they'd stayed put before the first seasons over.
  14. Pitch is 55 yards so say 50m. Maybe 125m to the back row so no, nowhere near.
  15. Still disagree. You've compared the best view at the Olympic (touchline) with the worst at SJP (behind goal). Draw a line to the upper bowl behind the goal at the Olympic. If you're sat there you might as well listen to the game on the radio.
  16. About half as much again I'd estimate. Just look at the picture, from the front row of the upper bowl to the touch line, I'd take L7 over that.
  17. It's still an athletics stadium though. So the incline will be less and the seats on average much further away from the field. And the upper bowl wont move an inch so the closest seat there will be probably 60 to 70 yards from the touchline.
  18. So what's the deal there? Stadiums should be functional and profitable, that's neither. It's fucking beautiful!
  19. Every year we complain about having no stripes on the back. Barca bring out a shirt with stripes only on the back. Fuck this club!
  20. That new premier league ball looks like a period.
  21. It's a symbol your computer or phone doesn't have available, I think?
  22. I still have no idea how that works but it's a reason why you'd be holding seats back. And there must be a reason.
  23. Is it not for the tie in with Thomas Cook? ??
