Trying to Nelinho one in from 12 yards.

Willock > Lingard anyway.

Would honestly ejaculate my kidneys if we signed Paqueta.
-
In all seriousness, Paqueta, Sarr, and a loan striker would be great business.
-
I would happily just sign Paqueta and then the wondow close tbh. Him and Ekitike were the two who I really wanted. He ticks so many boxes.

Hugo Ekitike (not playing for Liverpool for a while)

The pair of them give me school shooter vibes tbh. -
Completely missing the point. We need a winger who can add goals to the side. It's quite clearly more important than bringing in another striker (which we obviously also need to do).
-
Playing Wood up top wouldn't be as bad if we had a wide player capable of bagging 10 goals a season.

I cannot see anything other than Haaland being an absolutely unplayable machine for them like They're so well drilled, hard working, and great on (and off) the ball that they can stick anyone up top.
-
There's been some really, really good signings for a few teams we want to be competing with like. On paper atleast. I trust Howe to get more out of us but our squad needs atleast another 2 big signings.

I just cannot imagine it's very common for clubs to tell journalists how much they're going to spend? When they first took over they were a bit more open with the press but I don't think there's been a direct quote from anyone about our transfer business for ages?

Didn't Luke tweet something before essentially claiming he was trying to help the club out by lowering expectations or something? Or have I made that up?

That Pardew clip man

I'd love the idea of Scamacca but given how good Wilson is when fit any forward who cannot play out wide feels like 'wasted' resources.
-
Aye but that was his role @TRon He broke up play surprisingly well against most sides and was very tidy in getting the ball away - I wanted him out the side early on but after watching him during our good run I thought he was completely fine. Ideally Bruno takes over his role though, or we sign a better midfielder who can spray the ball about. re Spurs, I cannot remember individual performances from that game so I'll take your word hugz It might be if we're pushing up more next season that he gets exposed in more situations like.

Shelvey hopefully won't be our starter in the middle but neither him or Longstaff 'leave a massive hole' like. Both performed completely fine when needed.

"Newcastle would need to spend almost their entire remaining transfer budget to sign the Real Sociedad and Sweden forward" First sentence
