Joking aren't you? Dummett is not the answer at the back for us. Not bad as backup but to play every week, no-where near good enough. Dummett's a very competent defender. He's by-no-means the answer, but he's our best centre half, currently. Until we bring in another after Mbemba, he's the one I'd be looking to play. Don't rate the lad at all. Our best defender? That says nothing really. We need to be looking at another centre half although I doubt we'll sign Mbemba and someone else as long as we have Dummett, Colo, Williamson, Taylor and Lascelles. Dummett is our best centre half. Just wanted to clear that up. Coloccini was but he's past it. I disagree. Just to clear that up. Colo is the best we have but is past it. He'd be better with someone half decent beside him rather than Williamson or Dummett. Just to clear that up. If McClaren is on about using the fullbacks more, then he has to look away from Dummett. The guy isn't quick enough to get up and down the line. Far too slow for a fullback. So, we'll probably need another left back if this is what McClaren wants to do.

Aarons surely will get more games this season if he stays injury free. Gini surely will provide service from the middle. I agree though, we need to sign another winger.

Hopefully get this one wrapped up quickly. Still need another 2 or 3 QUALITY players that can come straight in and play in the first 11.
