Can't wait to see him sit on our bench or keep Pardew in a job.

In terms of quality he is head and shoulders above our current left-back options. Not sure how I would feel about it though.

Bad call by WBA. Mel would have got them in the top 10 next year if they backed him to a reasonable extent in the transfer market to bring in players more suited to his style. They could well go down next year if they go for Hughton/Sherwood or someone of that ilk.

This x 100. Also we're not going to force Ashley out with a few protests, but getting him to sack Pardew is possible, so all the venom needs to be aimed at him alone. The media / NUST (and of course Pardew) have acted as if it's a general protest against Ashley and not at Pardews incompetent record.
