Any sort of treatment will involve killing some good cells along with the cancer cells. It's a matter of trying to target more cancer cells than normal cells. Cancer cells don't survive in an alkaline environment but neither does your normal cells in the same pH range. Try injecting yourself with a vial or two of potassium and tell me if it doesn't kill you. You're more than likely to go into cardiac arrest.
