Ivory Coast 18/5 in-play away to Morocco. Might be a reason for such long odds but their team (and bench) looks decent enough on paper.

Brozovic with two great goals for Croatia v Iceland

The only 'fairer' way than the current system would be to do it over 5 years or so. So if you went to 19, 19, 5, 5, 5 away games then you'd lose 19 at the start of the next season so your points would take a big hit and others may be catching you up. Other than that though I see the current system as pretty good. All this about cup games is pointless imo. Away tickets loyalty should always come from just that...away tickets.

Any random tips/squad information on the FAC 1st Round? Lots of upsets will occur but there's some very good looking prices without knowing any team news.

I'm only travelling from Southampton and it's massively fucking me over never mind people from the NE. There was a bunch of 8 of us going but they've cancelled now. Sky can fuck off. Cunts.

My old man booked flights to Southampton for the Brighton match and we found out about this a few weeks ago, ha! I live there so it's not that bad. He's just got to hope if we are in it, it's an away tie anywhere from Bristol across to London or Southwards otherwise it'll be no football for him.

Where's that from Paully? Pretty random game to find some info on

Why did I not have Aguero as captain? Monday night will tell me if it was a massive mistake or not. 44 points - Shaqiri (captain), Redmond, Austin and Courtois to play.

Our GD compared to everybody from 3rd downwards -

Sounds like they've had the better chances, but who cares. Our quality is showing in pretty much every match now - hold on here and it's a massive result looking at the other results.

Pienaar should be sent off. Both fouls were blatant yellows but the ref didn't give the first for some reason. It's comical how bad these are and the atmosphere sums them up.

Newcastle United promoted back to the Premier League
Kevo replied to Figures 1-0 Football's topic in Football
Our squad is good/big enough for the Championship so I don't want us to sign anybody unless we are sure they will play a big part in the PL or certainly have the ability to. -
Maybe I am being slightly biased, but why aren't we on? Two PL v Championship ties surely one should've been on the Tuesday and the other Wednesday. Plus us and Leeds both being away from home. Can't wait to watch Man Utd v West Ham, they'll only play each other three times this season so why not eh
-
Thought they weren't allowed to do that. When we played Sheff Wed away last time we were in the Championship they charged us a fiver more than their fans and ended up getting fined and we all got a £5 refund. I believe it's seats in the same stand/similar area. So their cheap seats must be at the top of the ground or with a completely different view to what the away fans get.

Just got back in the house from their match, was sat right next to them. Southampton were poor, but that was expected as they played their reserves/squad players. Sunderland minus Defoe were full strength and offered absolutely nothing. They were shocking, despite looking like they were in control of the game for the majority. I cannot see where their goals are going to come from, or how they will win a match against PL opposition. Wonderful goal and it shut their fans up. They had a group of about 100-150 singing pretty much non-stop but songs included "when Stevie Taylor dies" and "N E W C A S T L E U N I T E D - Newcastle united f*** off", Play up Pompey and my garden shed.. By the end Roswell was getting slated, and they were shouting and screaming as they had the ball and nobody was moving at all in or around the box. Moyes got sent off for whinging about a foul in the box. From the stands it looked a certain pen. Edit: N'Dong looks very slow and doesn't offer much in defence or attack. Their most dangerous player was Van Aanholt which is worrying for them since he is a LB, except he had no final ball. Long may it continue.

Pay a season ticket holder a hell of a lot of money. Our allocation would be around 31000, weve got 35000 season ticket holders alone, factor in loyalty points and theyll be all gone within no time. Most people with above 20 loyalty points would get one i imagine I've already thought this idea through as I am now a non-ST holder due to moving South and would be stranded without a ticket. The missus is aware (despite saving for a wedding) if we make it I will be offering whatever sum of money required to go. No chance would I miss it
