Just got back in from the match. I'd say it was a decent point but without looking back at any decision I am frustrated to only get a point. Awful challenge for the pen - he was going nowhere, Elliot seemed to move slower than Steve Harper for their first. Other than that we were solid and deserved at least a point. If you want atmosphere and not the greatest pint, then Yates. It's about a five minute walk up the hill from the train station on the right hand side. Then it's another 10-15 minutes or so to the ground from there. Gets a fair few home and away fans in and usually a fair few songs to get you in the mood. Another good place if you want decent (+ cheap) food with a good/range of pints is 'The Spitfire' just across the road down 'Above Bar St'. There's another couple of bars on this road too with Sky Sports etc if that's what you're after.

If you're trying to find faults then Lascelles, Ritchie, Shelvey and Elliot were all to blame. Lascelles couldn't clear his lines. Ritchie couldn't clear his lines. What midfielder would let Coutinho cut inside with two yards of space? Elliot wasn't in a great position. Or we just accept it was a world class strike and move on. Our defence and GK has been as steady as I can remember for a long time in the top flight. No need to panic.

They averaged 55,581 in the league last season, unless you believe the figures are being fiddled. The lowest was against (yes) St Johnstone with 51,057. Signficantly lower figures for early round League Cup and Scottish Cup fixtures, as to be expected. Must be like Arsenal getting 60,000 with empty seats all over the place as when SSN goes to Celtic there's thousands of empty seats against the bottom few sides.

Ok cheers. I will try and get tickets for Real Madrid then if they don't clash will see if any are available last minute for Atletico.

Real Madrid are at home (v Deportivo) and Atletico are at home (v Girona) the weekend that i am going to Madrid in January. If the timings do not clash i will want to go to both. What is the best way of getting tickets? And anybody know the approximate cost per person?

10 years is too long is my only major criticism. Should be over 3, 4 or 5 years as you could go to every away game for 6 years, never go again for a few but still guarantee a ticket for most if not all. Other than that it's fair and it works fine.
