  1. I doubt he will take him which is a shame. I think he watched him against WBA and he didn’t play well
  2. Exactly this. Dier passing 5 yards sideways, Livermore passing to the keeper counts as a successful pass. He is the only one that can make a difference

https://www.readytogo.net/smb/threads/nufc.1430800/page-3 Why the need to say basically the same thing seven times? 7 in a row marra

I imagine he was talking about the Stadium of Light on a matchday

Mackem logic at its finest here when talking about the Championship 'It's a poor league, unfortunately with us the worst of the lot. No reason we shouldn't aim for back to back promotions now'
  6. I often say that when he's on the pitch

Average gate receipt of £11.41 lest we forget. That still amazes

Just let that sink in, the average cost to watch Sunderland was £11.41 per match. So if you turned up at the turnstile and offered £11.50 to get in you would be overpaying. That is pretty shocking

Unlikely as he doesn’t fit their colour demographic

Aye, Crooksy is a makem fan, known him since school. Of more concern is the midget getting in the car behind them. She looks like the dwarf on ‘don’t look now’.

    Transfer rumours

We are leaving Europe though? Aren't we? No. We are not. Yeah, pretty difficult to change geography, can't see us leaving Europe any time soon. Tectonic plates are slower than Shelvey
  12. Elliott having a nomination in 'save of the year' was like Stevie Wonder hitting a nine dart finish.
  13. Hopefully they'll buy him back and he can take it with him. They can have it back with him inside it as far as I'm concerned
  14. Anyone who thought he wasnt going to get done for kicking out at an opponent regardless of how pathetic it was hasnt been watching too much football over the last few years

To be honest this is better than they could have ever hoped for but to run them as a ‘sustainable business’ will mean a good few years of consolidation. This is not a sheikh mansoor type buy out, it sounds more like a conglomerate of semi wealthy speculators. They will probably come up next year but I imagine they will be in the championship for a few years
  16. That was dreadful, thank god we’re safe. The full backs both managed to stink the place out

Just for context, this was written by Louise Taylor who is a weapons grade cretin

That old bloke with the glasses holding the cup must have been second
  19. That ball to slimani was as simple as they come. How he got that wrong and by some way was an achievement

They have literally done nothing, other than not turn up to express their displeasure. It beggars belief how they just accept their lot with a 'what does protesting ever do' or 'leave that to the mags' attitude. Wenger said at the weekend that the Arsenal fan protests influenced his decisions. Arsenal ffs, hardly the bastion of political uprisings, but the Makems know best and doing nothing > doing something

Their unwillingness to protest amazes me. Imagine the mackems mentality in South Africa or the southern states of America, apartheid and slavery would still exist. So desperate not to do anything that might have been done by us that they would rather die!!
