Which would be a way of burying the report and therefore negating the appeal . So why haven't they?

Because the WTO Court of Arbitration isn’t quorate therefore there’s no one to hear an appeal. That doesn't mean they cant lodge one though surely..... does it? Just because the machinery isnt there shouldn't prevent a lawful appeal, it just can't be heard

So if they thought it was a risk why haven't they already appealed? My head hurts

Why do people think the WTO report is going to trigger premier league support? I've read that approval will be after it is published but I would have thought that it would be more likely to be the trigger to reject the Saudis if it states unequivocally that there is a link between them and beoutq. Like a cloak to hide behind and justify rejection.
