Is that right? If it is, then why does it seem whenever a player gets injured he f***s off (ASM to France) especially during a covid lockdown? Honestly this club stinks from top to bottom. The photos are him at Benton. And yeah, even if he did, why wouldn't you want to be around your wife and kids while you can't train? What a madman for wanting to be close to his family. He didn't so that's fair enough. However, your second point is a load of s*** as he is a paid professional footballer and any injury requires treatment and physio to help recover. Put it this way, I can't remember players under Keegan and Robson being allowed to be away close to their family when under treatment. that also wasn't 2021 when there doctors and physios capable of these kinds of treatments all over the world. He's probably got a rehab specialist popping in to his house every day and using his well equipped home gym. Plus I'm sure he can rustle up a bin or 2 for a cool down pool session.

I don't know why people are so confident we'll pick up points with Miggy, ASM and Wilson. Our full strength team is shit due to Bruce's mismanagement Did you watch the last 2 games? Had opportunities to put both games to bed but lack of finishing cost us. Between those 3 they've contributed to 22 goals so obviously it's more likely we're going to get goals with them in the team. Last 2 games have been pretty much 50/50 possession wise as well - we're much improved post-Jones, whatever the reason. Might be too late but getting results against Sheffield and Fulham isn't unimaginable. Or other teams I suppose.
-
Will need to win the last 2 games Vs Sheffield and Fulham. Scenario 1 - Wilson, ASM and Miggy all back and we'll prove too strong for them. Scenario 2 - Wilson, ASM and Miggy each brought back early in their recovery as an act of desperation, last one half each before being taken off not appearing for the rest of the season and we don't won't another game.

He appears to have a love for all things Charlie
-
I think Jones helped initiate the change in formation - it can't be a coincidence it was literally the next game. I doubt he picks the team now though, Bruce is so arrogant that can imagine he'll make the final decisions.
-
Final games of the season Vs Sheffield and Fulham are the must wins imo, considering we should have ASM, Miggy and Wilson back. Until then, it's about getting some draws in and hoping we stay in it enough so those final 2 games matter. Of course a win would be nice but so poor in front of goal. Even just Wilson back and we'd have had enough to beat WBA and Villa.

With Wilson and 1 of Miggy or ASM back, I can see us getting results against teams. With all 3 back we'd be too strong for Fulham for sure. Hopefully not too late by the time they're back in the fold... I don't think so, we've had them for a fair part of this season and look where we are. With a different manager aye, but with this idiot I have no faith whatsoever. ASM was out for 2 months and then Wilson was injured a couple of weeks later so I wouldn't say that's a fair part of the season. Not really a hill I wish to die on mind as we're clearly pretty shit Just think with them back and the "Jones" effect, we may get some results, with Sheffield and Fulham 2 of the most likely. Unfortunately it may well be too late by then

Hopefully not too late by the time they're back in the fold... Last time we played Fulham we had Wilson and Miggy in the team, we were playing at home, and scraped a 1-1 draw thanks to an iffy penalty and Fulham being down to ten men. The formation change (Jones impact or whatever) since then does have us playing better so hoping that'll continue

Without the injured players I can't see us scoring based on today's effort.

Well now I'm furious. Fat Sam didn't seem to congratulate Bruce on how well we played and they're apparently good friends

Doesn't it all hinge on that separation now though? Piracy is only an issue because of KSA, if separation is proven then piracy goes away. If the piracy situation is resolved, then it still needs MBS etc to submit to the O&D tests which they refuse to do.
-
Hasn't this shown that the piracy issue is moot anyway? MBS is never going to allow himself to be entered as an owner or director anyway, and piracy isn't linked to PIF, except via MBS. This is about treating them separately, if we win that, then piracy is irrelevant. If we lose, then MBS etc need to be tested, and that isn't happening either way. I think

I think, finally, indisputable evidence that this is not "close". Be it a few weeks or a couple of months. Which should save us all reading endless back and forths discussing the subject on here from people that dont have a clue. Please! Yup, and a lot has been cleared up which should stop most of the shite being pedalled

He’s being reasonable for him, and hard to argue against that. If ashley had lost the chairman being replaced AND the 'in public' ruling, then an argument coul dbe made that its been lost. But even then, all this does is set the stage, the actors still have to play their parts. Instead, ashley can have it in public which I'm betting, the PL absolutely did not want to happen. Another worry may be if Ashley is called to give a statement, hes not exactly credible. The only benefit (if there is one) of the findings going public is if the arbitration fails, but something in the findings show that it wasn't a fair process, so can then be challenged in the court. We've been hearing for weeks now that this isn't even going to arbitration, so how can this actually be positive now? Looks like those reports were incorrect as it seems a bit silly to try and get the arbitration chair removed if you're not going through arbitration. It's not particularly positive but whilst I appreciate the desire to remove him, it doesn't automatically mean he is dodgy or in bed with the EPL. The high courts couldn't give a fuck either way so if they're happy he's going to act appropriately I'm not sure we need to worry about it ourselves. Positive = we're still moving forward with the takeover the aim so assume PIF still on board. Negative = Bruce

The mole "borders on treason" He's for a nerve considering the total lack of loyalty he's shown

Gotta book Kane for diving then surely

Why would it be bad news? It shows they're serious about getting into football. Owning Inter Milan and Newcastle would never work. The fact they are seeking out the possibility of Inter tells you everything you need to know. Groups with more than one team tend to own a big club and then multiple small clubs, to avoid the possibility of them both qualifying for the same competition. Girona and Troyes for example, are probably not going to be playing CL football any time soon. Even if they did ever qualify, CFG would probably pull them out of it to ensure Man City could play. I'd assume the same. Can't imagine you're allowed to be involved with 2 clubs in the same competition. I'm labelling this under negative news. RB Salzburg and RB Leipzig say hello. As the owner organization, just appoint two different boards and have different personnel and you're golden. Ha cheers - knew I should have had a cursory Google.

I copied and pasted the whole statement. Where’s the other statements that’s what I’m saying. NUFC, AS or PIF haven’t released any other official statements. That’s the whole point. What do you think arbitration is attempting to achieve? Do you believe the reporters writing about buyers and sellers intentions are: a. Lying and have had no contact? b. Being lied to by buyers and sellers? In either a or b, what is the motive? I'm absolutely not saying I expect it to go through, but to try and be black and white about it seems a little obtuse. I don’t know what arbitration is trying to achieve. If it was trying to achieve a sale, I’d have massive questions as to why MA is willing to spend millions of pounds on a court case but fail to pay off Bruce to avoid ruining the court case with a relegation. My feelings are MA is trying to get a compensatory claim. Regardless of the arbitration though, that won’t resolve the real issues which are mainly piracy. MA might well win his claim, but the takeover still won’t happen until multiple complex issues in KSA/Qatar are resolved. That’s why people like Keith are full of s***. Telling people to wait for the outcome of the arbitration is pointless because it isn’t the sole deciding factor in this takeover but he’s leading people to believe it is. I think the reporters have had genuine contact from the buyers and sellers, who all hope the takeover goes through and with their best intentions want to keep it in the news/as a positive light. However, the buyers and sellers have had this same confidence for 12 months... Nothing has happened and nothing has got closer. We’re not being told to wait until the summer. As your own quote from the club says, they firmly believe enough legal evidence was shown proving the separation of PIF from the Royal family. If this is what the court case is attempting to resolve, then the whole Bein issue becomes irrelevant. Now it might be that MA is after compensation but whatever the reason, he only wins the legal battle if its proven that PIF is separate in which case it opens up for the takeover again. At which point I believe PIF will come back to the table (relegation notwithstanding). Whether or not he wins that case is another matter. Then Keith can swoop in and save the day with his legal action The first part isn’t true though. Arbitration is there to look at whether the PL followed it’s own processes. It cannot force the PL to make a determination either way on whether PIF are separate. The PL can make whatever decision they like, providing they do it fairly in accordance to their own rules. NUFC’s argument is they haven’t followed their own processes by not making a determination. The PL will only agree to the takeover if the piracy issues are resolved. NUFC may ‘win’ arbitration but the PL could just therefore issue a rejection because they believe PIF are state-backed. No ones ever confirmed in a statement what the case is attempting to achieve have they, as its confidential? No. But what you suggested isn’t possible. Arbitration cannot make a determination on whether PIF are state backed. Therefore your first paragraph cannot come to fruition. As I said, the club could ‘win’ and arbitration could find the PL failed to follow it’s own processes. The PL could then go away and follow it’s own processes by formally rejecting the bid. Sure, arbitration can't make that judgement itself but there has to be linked ramifications. Why don't the PL just formally reject the bid if its just about their own processes? Because then they have to justify it. Right now, they don’t and can pass the blame onto the consortium. If they reject it without justification (in accordance to their own rules), it’d open the possibility to more/different proceedings. Delay, delay, delay... In the hope it causes the consortium to pull out completely and never return, or the piracy issues are resolved. Whichever comes first. If they felt they could justify it then they'd just reject it surely and as you said earlier, the consortium have already pulled out. Anyway, I don't think it's as dead as some believe but we're a long way off either way and I'm certainly not gonna bet on the outcome
