Day before the match and Carver is still f***ing around with the team selection. How can you spend all week preparing training and match tactics for a game when you don't even know your starting 11? Exactly this. Surely a game plan with Cabella is going to be polar opposite to the team that was put out. It's unbelievable....well, unfortunately totally believable actually.

This guy is the poster boy for losing a dressing room. He's been singling out players for weeks culminating with accusing a player of deliberately getting sent off and has admitted the team don't listen to him. Added to an 8 game losing streak how the hell have they not just returned him to coaching duties?? Fair enough it might be too late for a proper replacement but Beardsley couldn't be worse and at least has some football pedigree that might garner an iota of respect from the squad.

Wonder why he hasn't released any statement? Surely nothing to stop him saying something along the lines of "Helping police with their enquiries but it's all a misunderstanding." Especially if he hasn't been charged yet.

To be honest the 6 games doesn't bother me. It's a new rule and I'm pretty sure all clubs and players would have been aware of it so hard to have sympathy, players should be more disciplined. Ok, excessive compared to other things but clubs didn't complain when came in to affect. They've obviously decided that it's "bad" TV and want to stamp it out..fair enough. What does annoy me, is that how many times do you lip read players calling other players or refs "f***ing c**ts". What, is that acceptable for kids to see? How do they decide to ban for one foul thing but ignore everything else.

My main concern is he is running out of fighting talk. It was already getting very boring but having to hear the same sh*te over and over makes it worse. Might as well just use recordings of previous weeks pressers and save everyone the hassle.
