  1. It's hilarious because everybody knows English players are overhyped, overpriced and unless utilised correctly, are just fucking useless. Buying Carroll for £35m to play wingers on their opposite flanks so they can cut inside was just daft, if Kenny wasn't going to base the team around him like we did which was the reason he was so successful here, why did he bother buying him in the first place? I think they need to have a complete overhaul of their scouting network because Dogleash seems incapable of finding players outside of England. But then again, keep it up Liverpool. I'm enjoying this more than I could put into words.

    Papiss Cissé

To think he can't even speak English and he's already this good man. It's like putting on a deaf player, but he's still killing it!

    Players in public

Was meant to be there about 6pm yesterday and all but then my pal told me everyone was gan to the Three Mile in Gossy instead. Bastards.

Probably less to do with the football and more to do with the bloke standing next to them that was selling lollypops and sticking his finger up the kids arse.
  5. It is hefty like, but all these keyboard warriors giving it some and trying to act the funny cunt over the internet think they're absolutely untouchable. An example has obviously been made of him because what happened to Muamba is such a high profile story, especially in the world of football at the moment due to the circumstances surrounding it. Glad this little turd got nailed down and this will make people think twice about trying to give it the big'un over their computers. Glad to hear Muamba's recovering and all.
  6. I would prefer: Raylor-Perch-Williamson-Santon It's the lesser of the two evils. Aye, plus Danny needs a well-earned 'rest'...
  7. Reckon we can beat them 3-2. I'm not confident in our defence without Colo's organisation, but our strike force is lethal and their defence is also leaking a canny few as well. I reckon it'll be a good game but knowing the classless Dogleash he won't have his team playing football, he'll be trying to snap Ben Arfa and Cisse as early as possible.

    Hatem Ben Arfa

It might help that the players involved in our attack are actually f***ing good for once Ba, Cisse, Cabaye, Jonas....all technically and positionally competent...as opposed to Shola, Best, Raylor... Did anyone else notice HBA's reluctance to pass to Simpson? He wriggled away from a few defenders in the first half down the byline, passed to Simpson, who prodded the ball down the line into open play.. as in, not even an attempted pass... just away. Noteworthy in that it wasn't a lofted ball either. Anyway, I can't recall Ben Arfa passing to Simpson more than twice after that I remember a point in the second half where Simpson passed to him and he was instantly surrounded by a few WBA. Passing back to Simpson seemed to be the only possible option, but he tried to take them all on instead. It's like being in school with the shit player who didn't get picked for a team, you're bitter you had to have him there so you just don't pass to him out of spite.
  9. Perch has done well of late but I can't see any way Perch and Williamson are going to be able to cope with Carroll and Suarez. They outclass them in every way possible by a longshot. I wasn't that pessimistic about the Liverpool match and I thought there was a very strong chance we could come out with 3 points, but now I have strong doubts with the loss of our most important player and captain.

    This. Eight-headed sack.
  11. I'll be surprised if we can come out of this one with 3 points, our performances of late have been absolutely abysmal and with the pace of Long and Odemwingie up front I can see West Brom putting us on the back foot from the start. When we play a high line we always end up being exposed for pace and when we sit back we just invite pressure and try to ride our luck before going on the counter. Hodgson knows this and he'll be tactically prepared to make sure his team aren't exposed. The formation and team Venkman put down earlier I agree with 100%. If I'm honest though I think Pards will end up dropping HBA in place of Jonas to try to make us that bit more defensively secure.

Since when? Well, let me rephrase, he's not bad for 20. Looked like he'd be better, mind. He seems just to have a decent physical aspect of his game and lacking in every other department. Although it is only natural he's going to be fit and fast after all his time spent bumping Blueline Taxi drivers for £3 fares. I really hope we get shot of the horrible cunt soon.
  13. Agree with this completely. Best wishes to Muamba though, I hope to God he makes a recovery.

The footballing genius of some mackems is astounding, if ever you tar a mackem with the same 'inbred retrard' brush then think again after reading this on facebook today: "away at everton is never an easy game but if we don't concede the least we can get is a replay" "more chance of sunderland winning the FA cup this season than newcastle" http://i0.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/newsfeed/000/210/119/+_2acc5a8841f8752904d37f90a8014829.png?1322693145
  15. Napoli 2-1 win is a good bet mind, David. They had a really poor run of form over the last month but they've won their last 2 games convincingly. I'd probably repeat this bet but I don't have the time tonight! Waaaaah.
  16. That utter mong needs to realise that being good at literature doesn't mean you actually have a brain or even common sense for that matter. Sad thing is most scousers who couldn't understand half the words in his 'article' will be whooping and cheering and swinging dead cats round their heads like scarves before tucking into them for teatime.
  17. Thinking back about it, it may have been Samuel Adjei told Lee Ryder he was a Barcelona fan in an interview when he first signed.
  18. I have £6k a week in my head for some reason, there was definitely stories of him being on a ridiculous wage for someone in that position On a similar note, Samuel Adjei was apparently scouted by the likes of Barca and was hugely hyped up when he signed as a 16 year old, but I've heard next to nixy about him since he arrived. I highly doubt he was scouted by Barcelona. I believe it was Ryder who made that claim in the Chronicle. Not that it makes it fact, but it just goes to show how hyped up a lot of these youngsters are who've came in, been bummed by the local media and done sweet fuck all.
  19. I agree with the team selection and formation apart from I'd have Raylor at LB over Ferguson. His delivery from set-pieces, his effort, performances and important goals throughout the season have been extremely important. I'm aware this limits Jonas' attacking threat but he'd be doing just the same amount of tracking back with Ferguson at left back because like Raylor, he looks far better at going forward and putting in a delivery than actually defending. I just don't think anyone can underestimate how important a player Raylor has been to us all season and he certainly doesn't deserve to be dropped. A Ben Arfa - Santon wing looks suspect defensively to say the least as both are obviously attack-focused players. Matt Jarvis has had a poor season going by his previous standards but is still capable of exposing that sort of defensive negligence. However, the attacking threat that they can provide together against a shitty Wolves defence with no pace or any real brain is mouth-watering to say the least. 3-1.
  20. I have £6k a week in my head for some reason, there was definitely stories of him being on a ridiculous wage for someone in that position I think you're right Cajun, I remember he was actually quite a big deal in Italy at the time. If I remember correctly some Italian journo once referred to him as 'the next Vieri'. On a similar note, Samuel Adjei was apparently scouted by the likes of Barca and was hugely hyped up when he signed as a 16 year old, but I've heard next to nixy about him since he arrived.
