I think Harrison would prove to be a decent player in our system, but it seems like we may have to pay a premium to sign him - a premium we appear unwilling to pay for our first choice targets. How much of that is down to him really wanting the move, as opposed to Diaby for instance probably not really wanting the move, may be the deciding factor.

I don't think any of us imagined we wouldn't have signed at least one attacking player (or midfielder) by pre-season. I doubt Howe thought that would be the case either. Looks like we're gonna be into the season by the time this gets addressed which isn't ideal really, as any new signings will be unlikely to be thrown straight into the team.

It's a slight problem though as in an ideal world you'd get your first choice targets. Not the biggest problem in the world granted. Nice analogy though I don't go for the stinkers at all though!
