It was fucking brutal to watch this guy play his own position as well as obertan's... counted at least two clear instances where he took the ball all the way over to obertan's flank, ignored him, exchanged passes with obertan's supporting players, and then put a cross in. Fucking Ayoze was playing both flanks today... Thauvin has to start next week instead of Obertan - otherwise I might cry like a fan watching newcastle.

Just some angry colonials who never quite won their independence I suppose. I have noticed that a lot of women's national teams play the flat 4-4-2 that you just never see any more in the men's game, what gives? I mean I know women can't handle balls the same way a man can, but surely there wouldn't be any reason for coaching to be behind the times...

You can't possibly be telling me that Adam fucking Armstrong is going to break through and be a Premier League quality striker. Playing youngsters is great, if they can fucking play. Seeing this doofus get hoyed on for the last 5-10 minutes of every losing effort is driving me absolutely bonkers, he hasn't shown the slightest hint that he can even come close to doing anything useful at all. He's like Ayoze Perez except smaller and without the talent, skill, or goalscoring ability. Heaven forbid we try something new with a guy who's supposed to be pretty decent and maybe try to win a fucking point here and there.
