Agreed but that was down to the calibre of the competition and the teams we were playing. The atmosphere when we played Qarabag at home was a bit flat and the caliber of team who we'd be playing would be worse than that. You also can't assume we'd even win it.

Conference League is so diluted now the standard is really low - Europa League is bad enough now CL teams don't fall into the competition. I would much rather we missed out all together then get Conference League. You have all the extremes of constant fixtures with negligible financial reward.
