It wasn't our injuries that killed our season, it wasn't the loss of BA either, nor was it the Europa League. Yes they had an impact but none more than the real course...Alan Pardew. The man is tactically inept, which is destroying this team. Even in the season we finished 5th, good results masked, poor football. Sadly Ashley seems happy enough so long as we're in the Premiership so I can't see things changing anytime soon. Depressing to say he least.

You think he cares? Will still be getting paid plus seemed happy enough picking up a winners medal for doing nothing.

Please explain to me what makes you think that? I haven't watched a lot of Fulham this season, but the way he did things at spurs struck me as a man who Newcastle fans would take to. He has a weird romantic philosophy and seems to be very attack minded. It saddens me that his reputation seems to have fallen due to this season. Their squad is f***ing s****. Fair enough. I just dont think he's any better than Pardew and thats the problem for me. Its a sideways step. Nah Jol is streets ahead Pardew as a manager. Thought he was unlucky at Spurs but did well at Hamburg and at Ajax. Fulham hasn't helped his reputation but as has been mentioned their squad isn't the best. Granted he wouldnt be my first choice but if it was a choice between Jol and Pardew I'd take Jol hands down.

Think of him simply being an upgrade on Shola. At the right price, he would be a fantastic addition. We simply do not have the players to play to his strengths. Yes Pardew likes his hoof ball and that there is more to Andy than his airiel ability but it it's by far his best asset. If we got him for a few million then fair enough but we won't.
