He would’ve been wasted here had he stayed. Probably would’ve kept being sent out on loan, never getting the chance to settle and play. Instead he was given the chance to play every week at Peterborough before moving to a terrific setup at Brentford. I think Zardes is my first-choice #9 at this point. Pepi has all the talent to claim it as his own, but he’s still really young and there’s no telling how he’ll play under pressure and over time.

Pepi Aaronson, Turner, and the Robinsons are *good.* Sargent needs to go on loan somewhere he can play 90 minutes every week as an out-and-out striker. He probably doesn’t even make my WC roster at this point. Really disconcerting that Pulisic is made of glass.
