What annoys me about is that their goal was so avoidable and naive from us. When you are one nil up and you are attacking at least one of your midfielders should be guarding the back four to stop the risk of a counter attack. It was like a goal you would see when a team is chasing a game and the other team counters, not the other way around

How do we let that counter attack happen at 1-0 up ffs

I know I said that possession doesn't matter a couple of minutes ago but what I meant to say it doesn't matter in terms of attacking. We need to keep possession as a way to ensure that we can take the pressure off ourselves once in a while. I think somebody here has that Cruyff quote about keeping possession is the best way of defending or something like that as their signature and that's what we have to do
