What? How does this even make sense? Deco wasn't good enough to be called up in the beginning and chose Portugal. Pepe the same and the same goes for Costa. It's not like Spain wanted to call him up before Brazil wanted. Were Deco and Pepe really not good enough to play u21 for Brazil?
