We don't actually know if they (PCP) are actually going to be the owners, if the sale of the club is completed. The media seem to think it's PCP so I guess thats the likely outcome. But it's still feasible they are acting on behalf of a wealthy individual/consortium, I mean at this stage would Ashley know exactly who is behind the bid? Imagine it was say some sultan/sheikh with unlimited funds surely he'd raise the price?
