Bruce has already upset KI in training. It was a swimming exercise, with noodles. Bruce said Ki should be good at this. He's upset Colback also. During a game of 'Ginger Cunt'.

That's the difference for me. I'm sure we started winning games when Lejeune came back, and Rafa had his preferred defence. If the forward players can make their moves before the need to get the ball into the middle, it's invaluable. Especially with Rafa's disciplined approach. Still think Shelvey could be useful as a sub/plan B.

If CUNT sold the club tomorrow, to ambitious owners with no ties, I'd sing my heart out for the lads, Bruce included, until a replacement was found. "Steve Bruce's temporary army"

Calling me a cancer If 45k+ are cancers to the club then why not go to the ground and tell them all that then? Why not do something about it to get rid off these 45k+ cancers? If I felt as strongly as you and I thought boycotting would get rid of him, then I certainly would. Why not do something about the fans going to the ground? He's delighted that you bit on that. That must be the aim, create a persona to represent the idea of the match goer. Sow the seeds of doubt amongst a growing belief. Notice there are no other match-goers, sticking up for him. Don't lose faith.

Coming on late? He'll be a guaranteed starter, man. There'll be times when he's coming back from suspension. He'll be rusty after missing 3 in October.

A PR tactic from who? Go away.
-
It's a popular fixture, so it will be easy to sell tickets, but I have a feeling it could be that low. Hope I'm not just counting omelettes.
-
He's not here to be convinced, that much is clear. He can only be here to convince others. If he gets two or three sticking up for him, he might get 5-6, piping up. It's so obviously a PR tactic.

It's worse than a blackout.

Nah Brian Murphy, mostly a sub keeper Oh, George!
-
I think you're right, you know. I thought 45K would be about right, but the feeling seems to be growing and now I 'm imagining sub 30K crowds. CUNT still has time to take action, of course, but I can't see him swaying too many. The felings are too deep. Once you make the heartbreaking decision to walk away, it's hard to look back.

Arguing with him, in the hope that you'll change his mind is akin to going to the match hoping Ashley will change. I've adapted Ashley: The Unstoppable Asset-stripping Machine's 'Only Club That Couldn't Give a Toss' over here. It's a bit of fun. Have some FFS. In case you need help with the tune: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fAxNf4yGqiE Hello, Good Evenin, Welcome To a nothing club. A no holds barred half nelson from the CUNT above The anguish, and the pain, of feeling lost at the only club that couldn't give a toss. Grab another reject from another haul of relegated basket cases and bosman laws. So wipe the smiles from off their faces with another fall take 5 or 6 of the biggest stars to paper the walls The anguish, and the pain, of feeling lost at the only club that couldn't give a toss. I've teamed up with the protests now all wor flags are furled. I want to share my loathing of the cockney CUNT with the whole damn world The scousers, the mackems, and even Leeds FIFA, UEFA, CONCAF and the Football League Reporters, pundits, and Darren Gough We're the only club that couldn't give a toss. Sit down and they'll keep you up to date the two fat bastards we all love to hate The safe seventeenth lovers, that lied Bishop's two faces, and the lawyer makes five Pulverised passions, dead tours of china young uns first game and 1969ers fanatics and followers, loyal supporters locked down ambition, no help from reporters Goodbye Rafa, Mikel and Ayoze Salomon and Fabian and everyone who knows it The scousers, the mackems and even Leeds FIFA UEFA CONCAF, the football league The reporters, the pundits and Dennis Wise Hello, good evening welcome, hope you die.

I've already expressed my dislike for abusing fellow fans. But when it's this level of quality, go on son.
-
Aye. Ordinarily the sacking of Charnley would be cause for celebration, but as long as CUNT has a big fat thumb in the pie, there will never be anything to celebrate. The last 3 years were a mere blip.

He'd like nothing more than to rid himself of the white elephant that is the football club, but he isn't going to sacrifice the brand association that he bought in the first place. That's why he will sell for cheap [with attachments], to somebody like Kenyon. He'll use the excuse that Kenyon has the best interests of the club at heart.

Bloke's a Bishop stool. I think I might have Peter Andred 'stooge' and 'tool' there. But it works for me.
-
He'd be a fool not to push for his transfer. He's built himself a solid reputation, but a big part of that is due to his commitment, whilst seeking a move away from Rafa's United. If he stays, happily, with Bruce's club (we are not HIS united) then that will evaporate and he'll be judged on a par with everybody else. Well, those that continue to go, and choose to direct their feelings at the players, because they can't do owt about CUNT.
-
If you ain't part of the solution...
-
Sounds just like the kind of player Bruce can turn into a star.
-
i think that's a possibility if bruce gets some results but if we start badly and the window's closed i could see things turning nasty myself Folk have to make their choice, support SD UNITED or give up worrying, give up giving a fuck, stop wondering how Bruce will do, who we sign, it’s all irrelevant. It’s in truth very hard to give up caring, wondering, I’m trying to believe me but I cant help glancing in the results column, the transfer thread, how on earth can you just cut it off? Sick me like. Or you can treat it as a free ticket to a classic British farce. Was never a fan of them myself, they always seemed forced. But this one has a lot more organic improvisation. It's funny as fuck, too.

It's not clear precisely what Rafa wanted, but how easy is it to get 'two or three proven high quality players' for £36m? You have to beat off a fair bit of competition. The modern Spurs side was built on a number of very lucrative excursions into the transfer market - Berbatov, Bale, Modric - where they got some good seasons from them and then sold them on at a big profit. To get to another level, we have to take a bit of a gamble, and I think Joelinton represents that. Schar wasn't "proven", neither was Lejeune. At least not n the PL. But they were cheap. Fair enough they are defenders, and defenders are cheap, but it demonstrates that Rafa can spot a player before he is proven.

The football club part of the business, owned by Ashley, is a white elephant.
-
In wullie's scenario it would, undoubtedly. But the club is currently a long way from costing him money. Not going is definitely the right thing to do, but the effects will take time. which is why it is imperative to start as early as possible. He'll give them away to schoolchildren, nurses, firefighters, even Mackems who need the toilet.

Painting the ground as we speak actually ? Still s**** , You'll never know man, nee f***er goes to games on here A lot of us used to but most have seen the light. Took me longer than most but no more money for Mike Ashley's companies work team. It's the only way. Aye. Carry on going though Seymour. Get yourself an SD flag while your at it, that way his tatty business can get an extra layer of exposure along with a full stadium. Sorry for going to watch the football club I support I'll be supporting the 11 players on the pitch and the manager in the dugout, like I've always done. Good ownership or bad ownership won't change that. I'll not be supporting SD or Mike Ashley and I refuse to believe that just because you're supporting the team that means you're supporting the ownership. Believe what you like, doesn't change the facts. You're his only guaranteed revenue stream and the reason he's still here. I'm the reason he's still here aye If I genuinely thought that cancelling my season ticket would get rid off Ashley then I would So are you saying that if everyone cancelled their season tickets he'd still be here? Thats what I'm saying yes. Mike Ashley sells the club when HE wants not when you do. What if Mike Ashley is here for another 10 years? Am I f*** going 10 years without going to a game, just because we've had a s**** owner We won't know if we don't try. If we do everything we can to agitate a change and he's still here, then yes, I will agree with you. Carry on as you were, no more arguments from me, you would be right but until that point, you are complicit. That photo man, it's classic. Mini-me.

He put the prices up because he knows he can, yes. Because he knows fans will pay it. Having said that the ticket revenue is a drop in the ocean though when it comes to our revenue, do people think that if we just boycott every game he's going to sell the club? 5 years? 10 years? 20 years? Not sure how people can go that long without going to a game but there you go What are you going for though? What are you supporting? Please don’t say ‘the team’. We are not a competitive sporting institution under Ashley. We aim for no more than survival and are actively prevented by Ashley from having any ambition beyond that. I know what this club can be. I was there during Keegan and Sir Bobby and we are not that club any more. Due to Ashley. Stop enabling him ffs So because we aren't a 'competitve sporting intuition' that means stop going to games? Basically you're saying because we're s*** and haven't got a good team unlike when Keegan and Robson was here you're not going to games anymore? Our aim is survival yes, so is half the league. You're sounding completely duluded and entitled to be honest. You'll only turn up if we've got a good team, that's not what's supporting a club is about Even when we were s*** we still tried to compete we tried to get better than s***, Different subject altogether but that simply isn't true tbh, fans boycotted against Westwood and Mckeag too. Taking the Robson/Keegan years away we've been pretty poor/average since the 50's. What annoys me the most however is that Ashley has the money and capabilities to do so much more than what he does Without the protests in the Mckeag years we wouldn't have had the KK SBR years and would have been shite for 50 years. Is that what you want from the next 50 years?
