  1. 5* potential on FM19. Somebody knew about this kid.
  2. Agreed. He wants to do things quickly but he's alo quick to recognise when it's not on, and has the composure to retain possession..
  3. Great time to score. We were starting to get sloppy after a bright start.
  4. Looks like they've used the map Keegan gave to Rob Lee.
  5. I'd be more confident with just Dubs and this guy, than I would with Dubs and ten Joselus. No offence to Dubs.
  6. I think there is a chance he'll risk a one year extension. Based on promises that will be broken. Ask me again next year.
  7. Clearly this is bullshit. But even a moron like Ashley can't have failed to notice the impact of the Almiron transfer. The atmosphere was electric yesterday, just because we had something to be excited about. I still believe that in the beginning Ashley was enthralled by that atmosphere and excitement, maybe he has rediscovered that feeling and is going all out to maintain it. Gotta be preferable to everybody hating you. But aye. Clearly bullshit.
  8. He's ready, but there's no need to rush him. I think under Southgate's set-up, joining up with the U21s will suit him perfectly.
  9. That's not true since he was very good towards the end of last season, was crucial in keeping us up That's a fair comment. What I actually meant is that he looks to be enjoying his football again. My bad. He's been a miserable git for a while now despite the hard work he does. Maybe that's because, despite his hard work, he has been the target of abuse.
  10. This. Absolutely commendable contribution, given his personal circumstances. I think credit to Rafa and his team, for keeping his motivation up, also.
  11. Playing at home to the worst team in the league with a man sent off after 20 mins, you'd normally be underwhelmed with anything less than a 2-0 win. But the positives were aplenty. Almiron looks to be the excitement we've been missing, and Daddy Longlegs is the fucking Daddy.
  12. Nah. When he won that tackle then got up and charged down the wing, he was like a leopard. Unlucky with the diver. We'll get there.
  13. Wouldn’t really want to see an early goal. We would spend too long trying to sit on it and keep it safe. Early goals bring out the worst in us. A bit of entertainment at home against the bottom team would be canny mind. Would be good to see us go for the jugular for a change if we did happen to score early. Aye. Better to sit on the 0-0 and nick one at the end. Maybe we could have afternoon tea for the first 90 mins and score in injury time.
  14. It’s brilliant. The view from the nosebleed seats is tremendous. Plus enjoyed farting in Ashley’s seat more than I should have. If you were the guide you'd be suggesting that to people. I know I would.
  15. I've only just forgotten the name of that twat who refereed us against Brighton. Trelford Mills, that was him. Cunt.
  16. Saw the synopsis on iPlayer and it annoyed me no end that they've given him a show. It's not an achievement by any stretch of the imagination to have a rich a rich and powerfully placed father. And yet it works for so many families.
  17. I'm still strugglin. Top right of a post. Like this Let me instruct you in the use of question marks. I have no idea. I'm an old fart you know. Season ticket holder for 30 years (during the war etc). Think this year could break me like. Me and the wife have missed a few games this season. Unheard of years ago. Which war? The Falklands?
  18. I think it'll be tight but we'll nick it at the end of the 3rd half.
