Look at the players he was forced to sell and you get some idea of what he is dealing with. Sissoko, Townsend and Wijnaldum. If he knows al the media(wich he probably does) why hasn't he denied it to anybody if he's not interested in a takeover. What's in it for him being linked with us if it's not true? Has anybody in the media asked him?

He's a championship striker, had more than one chance to prove otherwise and failed, that being said he is a superior option to Joselu who is hardly a footballer. Has he? I thought last season was his first opportunity as first choice striker. He started with an injury which affected his confidence, and then he struggled with his finishing, but the amount of chances he had, and missed, was quite high. History will clearly remember him as a champo striker but it could have been different.
